America’s Federal Enemies Growing Exponentially

WW~Notes: Our enemies in the federal government are increasing and unchecked.  A few years ago I posted several articles and pages on Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development.  Readers did not seem too interested in these unconstititional U.N. regulations to relieve every American of their private property and the freedom to control what occurs on said property.  You better start paying attention people especially if you are fortunate enough to have a few acres of land because the federals are coming for it.  Now for the real truth: no one in America actually owns their land or property since 1871 when the country basically gave up its sovereignty to the Jewish bankers and became a corporation, which is why our common law of the land was replaced with Admiralty/Maritime law of the sea.  Additional information is in Static Knowledge-my pages in the sidebar.  Take an hour and watch this entire video and it will become obvious that everyone in Washington, D.C. and their lackeys have lost their minds.  If this issue was not so severely serious I would be falling over in utter laughter from their ludicrous rules and regulations.

Blaming the “chosen” for war crimes, crimes against humanity, etc.

• They collaborated with the Arab conquerors, helping them conquer and rule their medivial empire. No wonder the Arabs treated them well.
• They dominated the slave trade and still dominate today human trafficking and sex slavery.
• They were in fact involved in bloody Passover sacrifices of Christian children as proven by an Israeli History professor in his book ‘Bloody Passover‘.
• Jewish bankers financed and thus made possible centuries of wars.
• They created Communism, the biggest theft in world history, and supported the Bolsheviks with billions of dollars in today’s money.
• They created and own the parasitical U.S. Federal Reserve.
• They were behind the Armenian and the Ukrainian genocide.
• They brought Hitler into power to create conditions that will enable the foundation of a Jewish state in Palestine.
• They created the Holocult as a propaganda weapon for the creation and continued existence of their 19th century style social-Darwinist, colonialist entity in Palestine and ethnically cleansed the country.
• They keep depriving the Palestinians of their rights: the right to their land, their right of return, their right to resist the brutal occupation, their right not to be tortured and extra-judicially killed, their right not to have their homes and fields seized to make land for more Jewish settlers and occupation soldiers, their right not to be discriminated against by the government forced upon them, their right not to have their water stolen.
• They are behind most terrorist acts committed for the past 100+ years including 9/11 and 7/7.
• They created the atomic bomb, a weapon clearly directed against civilians. 

How much more evil does any one group of people have to commit before we are allowed to call them criminal, evil and societally harmful?

The Jews claim to have first rights on Palestinian land for religious reasons and because of the Holocaust. I think both reasons don’t make sense.  I’m more than happy to discuss my views on those issues. Unfortunately my critics rather revert to insults or simply refuse to continue the debate whenever they realise that they are losing the argument.

I don’t ignore – as i’m sometimes accused – the acts of violence committed by the likes of Hamas and Hezbollah. However, they are evils by Israel’s making. Even, if my suspicion was wrong that Hamas and Hezbollah were created and financed by CIA/Mossad to create excuses for more ethnic cleansing and more genocide, Hamas and Hezbollah wouldn’t have any membership, if it wasn’t for the sins of Israel. They are acting in as much legitimate self-defence as the ‘resistance’ against German occupation during WWII.

But why, I’m sometimes asked, do I attack all Jews if I honestly only hate those Jews who do evil. Well, it’s only their skinner-box like reaction that makes them feel that way. If Jews weren’t conditioned – through over 1900 years of Talmudian indoctrination and the horror stories of the Holocult – to blindly jump to the defence of any fellow Jew – no matter how bad their sins – there would be far less reason to suspect that those evil actions had anything to do with their Jewish background.  The recent debate on the illegal party donations in Britain is a good example. How do the Jewish media react to those reports? Instead of criticising the donations as criminal acts and blaming the donors for giving Jews a bad name, the majority of Jewish media criticise the reports as being motivated by and causal to more anti-Semitism.

Not every Jew subscribes to Talmudic teachings such as that Gentiles are animals in human form, created by God to serve and enrich Jews, and that the 10 commandments therefore do not apply to them. However, the way Jews have been treating Gentiles throughout history goes to show that there is a prevalent attitude – conscious or not – that Jewish tribal interests are more important than the rights of Gentiles. And I consider the Talmud and – to a lesser extent – the Torah to be the source of this attitude. 

The obvious question then is why the Gentiles don’t rebel against the Jews. In fact some of them do.  But due to the power Jews are wielding over governments, finance, universities and media, knowledge of Jewish supremacism and Jewish evil is in short supply. The information is available, not just in private conversations, but in books and on the Internet. But how can your search for something that you don’t know that it exists? Most people only find out when it is too late. They are busy getting ahead in their jobs and providing for their loved ones. As a means of coping most of them close their eyes and tell themselves it would be anti-Semitic to do otherwise. The few that do rebel, are silenced very quickly. They get ridiculed, smeared, isolated and even imprisoned.

Maybe things have to get much worse first before they can get better. But maybe by then it’s already far too late. I don’t have all the answer, but one thing I know for sure; if we all wait for someone else to make corrections, nothing will ever be done.

The Secret You Never Get To Hear

My thoughts keep returning to the strange similarity between the way religions and the government do business. Always some secret reason — something too holy for us uppity slaves to appreciate, or some piece of information too sensitive for us ignorant citizens to be trusted with.

A priest might say, “at the discretion of the holy father”. A politician would use the words “national security”.

What is wrong with this picture? Why are we ruled by secrets we cannot be told? There can be only one answer. All these secrets are lies and deceptions.

The famous Biblical story of Yahweh talking with his cronies about confounding the speech of all humanity “so they won’t become like us” clearly bespeaks the sense of superior men deceiving gullible savages, who simply did not understand what was being done to them and ascribed all these events to magical beings to be worshipped in trembling fear and wonder.

God, in ancient parlance, was an absolute synonym for king. Dead kings, through the clever voices of priests, became gods.

Today we have the mysterious banditos called Al-Qaeda miraculously turning up in every war zone on Earth fighting first on their side, then on ours, but, after ten years of histrionic chest thumping by righteous American politicians, we have not been able to capture and prosecute a single credible perpetrator of the 9/11 attack, which is the linchpin of the Al-Qaeda terrorist pedigree.

Realizing Al-Qaeda is fake means you realize all the ensuing wars are fake. Realizing the Christian liturgy is an exact copy of the Osiris legend means you realize Christianity is fake, invented by the Alexandrian Jews to sabotage and exterminate the Roman Empire.

Somehow our thought process cripples us — is designed to fail — when we attempt to apply critical thinking to our religious beliefs. We are advised not to look too deeply into these matters by our holy men, lest we offend the great power in the sky who rules over us all. The list of dire consequences for offending said entity is endless and absurd.

You can make your own comparisons about the behavior of your own government, selling guns to every available criminal who works for them, but taking them from everyone who it plans on robbing and killing.

But don’t despair. Just because we’re not immortal doesn’t mean God doesn’t exist. In fact, you see the dude a lot clearer when you understand you don’t have much time — only one lifetime; it goes fast — to accomplish it. Be grateful for the chance.

The temptation to keep valuable knowledge secret goes way back before the time of religions as we know them today. But the science of politics, by far a more consistent discipline than religion, has never changed at all. It has forever been ‘get it while you can by any means necessary, then paint a noble, self-serving picture of it’.

The notion about who might get hurt in all this manipulative tinkering has always been and remains today a distant afterthought in the human thought process. That so many of us humans now are seriously feeling the effects of this tendency to make humane concerns of compassion and understanding of lesser priority is a direct result of this practice.

We are suffering because we have, throughout our history, ignored — not to mention exacerbated and reveled in — the suffering of others. What we’re experiencing is simple karmic justice. We definitely deserve what we’re getting — simply by being less informed than the people exploiting us.

And at the center of this exploitation is blind religious belief, molding the populace to accept without question the dictates of the ruling authority, which is kept in place by brute force masked by righteous rhetoric, the theme of which is always ‘we are better than them, so that gives us the God-given right to rob them’.

Could there be a better description of the behavior of your country and its comatose populace, deluded by centuries of misleading information?

As I have written elsewhere, the gods of the Bible, often called the Elohim, were actually members of a worldwide seafaring civilization in the Bronze Age, whose voyages account for all the Great White Father myths — Sargon, Osiris, Jehovah, Jupiter, Deuce, Thor, Viracocha, and Quetzalcoatl were all members of this same worldwide fraternity, imparting knowledge and establishing communities as they fleeced the uncouth local yokels in every corner of the world.

If you think the same thing is going on today, you’d be right.

This ancient mystery people left relics around the world including the pyramids, Stonehenge and the roots of our own language. They later morphed into the Phoenicians, whom you may remember invented the alphabet you use today, and who were bulldozed out of existence at Carthage c. 200 BC, although rumor has it they regrouped in Venice and are prominently represented on Wall Street today.

In my own rather acerbic Biblical studies I have come to understand that Yahweh, who was apparently an ancient tribal leader, resisted the takeover of this worldwide seafaring culture, who judging by the available descriptions, were simply not a very nice bunch of slave gathering white giants.

Can you resist the comparison to events happening now?

This hard attitude about infidels and usurpers is reflected in the bloodthirsty certitude of the Old Testament, a ‘take no prisoners’ attitude that permeates human logic today. Previously I thought this tough attitude was unnecessarily harsh on the unenlightened and uninformed of the world; then I read Comyns Beaumont’s description of what the very large and very shrewd invaders of all these cultures were really like — a social picture of prehistoric humans that we are — and should be — afraid to confront.

An “ungainly, misshapen and violent race of ogres whose last king, named Balor, of the Evil Eye, slew his enemies with a flash of his fiery orb” is the way he described the Fomorians who first colonized Ireland and were among many tribes of the world erased from history by the Early Iron Age comet-caused great flood that apparently ended the last Ice Age and caused worldwide destruction, worst of all in North America. (The “fiery orb” reference reveals prehistoric knowledge of firearms and explosives, one of the major aspects of history that is totally covered up.)

But these are all names lost to history in a cataclysm. Some survived. Thoth brought the religion of his lost nation to Egypt. Comyns Beaumont insists this pre-flood worldwide seafaring culture (the ships in 10,000 BC were much larger than in 500 AD) seeded all known civilizations.

Comyns Beaumont’s synopsis of the Book of Enoch’s account of the Early Iron Age catastrophe that began civilization as we know it today goes like this.

1. The Giants, sometimes called the Satans, lived in the Age of Saturn . . . the flood and the hurling of the Giants under rocks marked the end of that age.

2. Their references to women are respectful . . . the surest sign of the culture of a race.

3. They worked in iron before anyone.

4. They manufactured weapons of war for all the world . . .

5. They possessed a considerable knowledge of astronomy and their seers, represented by Enoch and Noah, had watched the heavens and thus acquired prior knowledge of some impending catastrophe. It is portrayed as something falling on the earth, a great commotion, and the earth sinking down into the void, that is drowning.

6. All these events happened in the far north Atlantic, but affected the whole planet in varying degrees.

I couldn’t help but remember Clif High’s Expando planet theory in which earlier forms of animals were much larger because the planet was much smaller, lending credence to the so-called myth of the giants of old, which is confirmed by Comyns Beaumont.

Legends of giant red haired invaders exist from all over the world. Herodotus, for instance, mentioned that the son of Agamemnon, named Orestes, was 12 feet tall.

“In the OT we read of the sons of Anak, or Giant, so immense that the spies sent out by Moses described themselves as “mere grasshoppers in their sight,” implying that the Anakim towered over them.”

Comyns Beaumont insists the pre-flood history of the world is contained in the Book of Enoch. “It describes in dramatic terms the materialism of the age and the growing decadence of the time, of freed, of ambitions on the part of rulers, of the feverish manufacture of munitions of war, and the final collapse of an advanced civilization.”

In the holy books, all these momentous events have been transmogrified into divine intervention by angelic beings. The real history kept from us (most likely in the Vatican Library) is that these were real people, unusually large and possessed of technology unknown to most of the world, and who ran a pattern of exploitation and control over the unenlightened masses.

It has always been the Cult of the Sun vs. the Cult of the Serpent. Now, both are being supplanted by the Cult of the Universal Vibe, which acknowledges its own end as part of the plan and the real secret of eternal life. The only way to attain immortality is to be a part of all life, which as far as we know, has never and will never end.

The lesson we need to learn about is to learn how to help others. Only then are we truly alive. All the rest is just misinterpreted death ritual.

If we don’t take care of each other, we’re not really taking care of ourselves.

Like life itself, today’s crises are something we have to get through, not deny! (Yes, you are being fatally irradiated.)

We have to stop destroying each other in a frantic quest to achieve something that cannot be achieved, and help each other understand that the only thing we ever keep is what we give away. Only then can we be really loving. Anything else is just a self-delusive pose.

Oddly enough, to continue to search for eternal life guarantees our extinction and irrelevance.

Oh, and that secret you never get to hear? There’s only one thing we know for certain. It’s a lie.

World society has devolved into sociopathy. The platform of our reality has shattered. You can no longer believe what you hear and see. Things you counted on as being true no longer exist. A president who never tells the truth can now take your life for any reason he chooses. A choreographed reality of contrived events conceals massive systemic crimes against those who are not on the inside of the deception. Millions of people have been murdered in wars triggered by false flag lies. Wars are deliberately caused by Jewish bankers controlling both sides of every conflict. People are put in jail for trying to tell the truth. The government censors radiation websites while people are forced to eat radioactive food. Everyone’s money has been stolen by Jewish bankers. You can’t trust your doctors; the medicines they use kill people, deliberately. Worst of all, all our history is proving false. Our religions are based on false information to control us. Our newscasts are written by rich people covering up their own crimes. The powers that be deliberately create weather disasters so the rich can steal land from the poor. Parents who watch too much TV can no longer trust their children. Many people who pretend to be on our side are not. There is no one to turn to, except yourself.

It was a neighborhood like any other in a rundown American suburb. Beneath a huge oak tree severely damaged by leaf blight and highway soot stood an ordinary garage, paint peeling, cobwebs in the corners, old doors just beginning to become unhinged, and roof shingles curling skyward, like they were trying to get to heaven in the shadow of dead smokestacks.

As usual, on a Saturday morning, unusually warm for December, Beanie and Whiplash were down at the shadowmasters’ garage, tinkering with this secret gadget they’d acquired — presumably by mail, possibly over the Internet — some months earlier. Ronnie and the Daytonas were playing some surfer song on the table radio as the boys sipped coffee, these white haired children having both arrived on motorcycles, despite their sedentary suburban status.

“Like you were saying, Whiplash my boy, in the human mind, your wallet has become more important than your life. The world says what’s in your wallet is who you are. What I’m saying, what Skylax has been saying, is that that is definitely not who you are, and the result of trying to be that causes everything bad. People who view money as the measure of all achievement — that attitude is the very badge of their slavery and the greatest danger to everyone’s survival.”

“I know what you mean, Beanie. When money is all that matters, all the music seems to become meaningless, just one more extravagantly empty idiocy after another. You know what I realized the other day: in fifty years of listening to pop music I never heard one genuinely conscious song on the radio, only what was dictated by the powers that be. “Well, as you know, it’s all about taking control of ourselves and divesting ourselves of the control by others. Which is exactly why we’re here. How’s your ‘project’ coming, Whiplash?”

“I can’t completely grok how the metaphrand replaces the soul.”

Beanie smiled, and threw a couple of key lime crepes into the toaster oven.

“It’s the same thing — except you choose what it does, you choose the directions it obeys, rather than be programmed by insane pederasts writing 3000 years ago who misrepresented their Phoenician masters as divine beings when in reality they were just people who knew how to write and had iron weapons and explosive devices, things the natives knew nothing about. Did you realize the story of Prometheus was really about guns and explosives?”

“Besides, the metaphrand is a lot like the Tibetan Book of the Dead, an intriguing path to be followed when you die, but more importantly a series of lessons for the living, in fact, a practical operating system for living, and how to create a more organized, realistic and comfortable life.”

“Did Skylax show you his metaphrand?”

“Of course.”

“Well . . . ?”

“Yes, it looks rather like a very large Lamborghini with fleece seats and fuzzy pillows. Of course it can be any color, but he keeps it red in his garage, so he can find it, he says. Very spacious cockpit. 360 degree windshield. A viginitillabyte of storage. It’s shaped like a milkweed pod, about 35 feet long. It is essentially a malleable bubble with impermeable walls and a chameleonic surface. Storage is no problem because it miniaturizes down to a nanoparticle but still retains all its properties and abilities.

“The metaphrand is essentially the aura of your life. It’s also the wallpaper of your brain that you see when you go to sleep. It has the attributes of both a shekinah (the divine presence of God) and a merkabah (the chariot of God drawn by angels), from which it derives its incredible power. Stereo system is out of this world, and connects to biological networks with actual translations of the whale songs.

“It is powered the by triangulated synthesis of the male, female and universal vibe principles, the combination of which produces unlimited power. This is the real holy ghost, with a lot more than four on the floor and priests trying to grope you. Oh yes, and it has a bank of 236 computer screens, too, one for each dimension; kinda looks like a TV studio. The real holy ghost — as if you didn’t already know — is knowledge.

“He says he doesn’t know how large the metaphrand could actually get — he insists everything already has a metaphrand, including the planet and the solar system — but shrinking and enlarging could be a very important attribute when the gamma ray burst hits us. <http://www.viewzone.com/expando2.html> It’s hard to conceptualize trying to dodge a neutrino.

“You need to remember that this was HIS metaphrand, Whiplash. I designed mine much differently. Everybody designs their own metaphrand to their own specifications with no input from anyone. You make it exactly how you want it to be, and how it will benefit you most effectively and realistically.

“And he said he didn’t install a bed in his metaphrand because you don’t sleep after you’re dead.”

“Ha. That’s a good one, Beanie. But did he tell you WHAT it is?”

“Yes, it’s the construction of an analog mind space that takes the place of the soul, which has been poisoned by centuries of demonstrably insane dogma. Skylax has been talking about this for years. You clean out all the human-generated God poisons from your soul, do the basic Starship Detox protocols. Don’t worry, going into the universal vibe, your ship has to be clean or you can’t get in. As a result, you do things because YOU KNOW they’re right, not because somebody else told you they were right.”

“But what about the eternal life thing, Beanie?

“Well, Skylax says all the power you could ever imagine comes through the interface with the universal vibe, which is far beyond all religions of the Earth and animates all living things. You see it most clearly when you lapse into gratitude mode; then synchronicity starts to show and everybody winds up smiling and giving thanks. This particularly comes into play with the tripartite human. When the physical body dies, your astral and etheric bodies actually remain alive — as light particles beyond the human ability to perceive — they stay gathered and coherent for thirty to forty five minutes after you flatline.

“During that period, if you have prepared yourself prior to departure to merge the light particles of your astral and etheric bodies with the life-giving light of the Sun — to which you have always been connected and animated by — then you can find your way to any number of additional but always non-eternal lives, as your liberated astral and etheric light particles cohere with another living being, or animate something nonliving into life, or perhaps even manifest a physical body out of its own desire. Primarily, this disconnection from the physical body reveals all sorts of previously unimagined dimensions and planes of existence.”

“Does that mean if you die at night, you’re screwed, Beanie?”

“Ha, I don’t know that part, Whiplash, but I wouldn’t think so. All this takes place inside your brain, anyway. I don’t think Skylax knew the answer to that one.”

“But most people — alchemists and such — who try this and gain eternal life wind up regretting it, and feeling like a glass of milk left unrefrigerated for several weeks. Then, having attained eternal life, they have to commit the greatest crime of all, which is committing suicide when you have eternal life.

“That’s right. And love is the only valid export of Planet Earth. Otherwise, given our situation of life as a temporary lease in corporeality, we have no other valid excuse for being here.”

“It’s the only thing that explains how an utterly abused and abandoned child can, through understanding love, become loving and compassionate. Happens every day but it’s never in the newspapers. All it takes is a few real friends. Newspapers only run stories to worry you so you’ll buy more things.”

“The only reason we try to defeat others in all these games and all these wars is because we are constantly trying to defeat our own death, which can’t be done.”

“What about weapons, Beanie? Does the metaphrand have any weapons?

“I asked Skylax about that, Whiplash. As long as our lives are based on this concept of our own eternal salvation — which effectively atomizes society, increases alienation (for more consistent human spending habits), and makes us forsake our own families — we are doomed to endless wars and fatal diseases, because we have not even asked the first right question — why are we really here? What are we really supposed to do?

We’re all going to the party at the end of time. Regardless how you live, you get to spend eternity with everyone you ever knew while living. That’s the real heaven and hell. If you can’t get along with your family, if you can’t get along with the ones you love, who the hell ARE you going to get along with?

The important thing is not living a perfect life; nobody does that: if they say they do, they’re hypocrites. The important thing is learning from your mistakes and not repeating them more than ten times.

A Word Or Two on What Isn’t Being Said

Today the British papers not owned by Rupert Murdoch “rumored” that he might be jailed. Americans, even Brits, have little or no idea what is at risk here. There is simply no one who can report it when the individual who, not only controls the world’s largest news organization turns out to be, well, what?

Who is Rupert Murdoch?

What he is not is an Australian “right wing” billionaire. Murdoch, though born in Australia is an Israeli citizen and Jewish. Why is this important?

Murdoch is now admitted to have controlled the political systems in Britain and America for two decades. He has had the power to choose national leaders, make policy, pass laws at will. Where did the power come from?

We now know it came from spying, blackmail, bribery and propaganda.

What is his agenda? Ah, there’s the rub.

Was it about selling newspapers using scandals or spying in the name of Israel to push Britain and the United States into wars for Israel? There is a simple answer.

Murdoch’s primary motivation isn’t even that he is “for Israel.” Murdoch is, perhaps, the most influential Israeli, more powerful than Netanyahu. The problem with that is that his beliefs are what we call “ultra-nationalist.”

This makes him a threat. Ultra-nationalists are known to support wars, plan terrorist acts, manipulate populations into strife and racism, foster fear and panic, even financial ruin.

What are we describing here?

If you aren’t totally brain dead, you realize I am describing Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Fox News.

Murdoch owns Fox News and so much else you may not have a time to look at the list. If he doesn’t own it he doesn’t want it.

Fox is a network and Murdoch, owning so many newspapers across America and being a foreigner shouldn’t be able to control such a thing. How did he do it?

Reagan “appointed” Murdoch an American citizen. Murdoch promised to have Fox News support Republicans and say whatever was needed, no matter how false, how stupid or, as we have seen now for decades, how genuinely evil.

What he really did, however, was use Fox as a base to allow Israel to run spy operations.

These went two ways:

1. Israel got lots of military technology and secrets they could sell to America’s enemies for money. This is good “Murdoch” business sense, as we all see now.

2. Murdoch helped Israel gain control of congress. They literally run the United States. The tools? As in Britain, bribery and blackmail, police, military and congress.

No surprises for anyone.

Murdoch has, in fact, engineered the last 20 plus years of American history, picking politicians, throwing elections, establishing policies. Were the decisions his own?

I don’t think so. I think Murdoch represents a group, mostly financial, making up the Rothschild family, the Federal Reserve Banks and organized crime.

There is an Israeli or Jewish aspect to some of this but not in the sense of being “pro” or “anti” Semitic. The Murdoch empire, married to the “lily white” “no Jews allowed” Republican Party simply put their own very powerful spin on the good old “New World Order,” pushing it into drug running, arms and human trafficking, manipulated international currencies and debt on a massive scale, ran America and the European Union into economic collapse, worked with oil companies to set up price fixing schemes…

This is what Murdoch and his friends have done, all the while pointing their fingers at Osama bin Laden and the evil “liberals.”

They divided Britain, starting at first as “conservatives” and then changed to “liberals.” What they did in Britain is undermine legal government, destroy the nation and the public’s trust in the government, Blair, Cameron, it doesn’t matter, Murdoch chose both and ran and runs both like hand puppets as he did with Bush and his friends.

The ideas are simple. Bilk the countries out of every last cent, use a portion to bribe or blackmail politicians, buy police and get even more money.

Then you lie to the people, give them enemies to hate, arrange wars for them to fight and stand back and watch them destroy themselves.

Are there people really this evil?

Yes there are, Murdoch, the gang at his companies, the gang at Fox News, the folks in the US called “neocons,” the Israeli lobby in the US, the ADL, AIPAC and the Likudist faction in Israel run by Netanyahu.

These folks hate the United States.

A similar group hate Britain. Australia has their own, he runs that place entirely, right into the ground. He also runs Germany, Canada, he runs much of what was once the “free world.”

Am I describing Satan?

Pretty much.

His strongest advocates, those who have stood with his thieves and liars against all that is decent, all that is good, all that is right is the Evangelical and “Zionist” communities in the United States. They were and are the “fertile ground” for his message of hate and deceit.

Who does Murdoch claim to hate?

Muslims for sure, they are all bad. Everything he touches in his hundreds of publications and TV shows or the phony news his gang of cutthroats create, hate of Muslims is always on top. This pleases his Israeli friends. If things keep going as they are, he may need to hide out there and Israel will always protect him, maybe plow down a few Palestinian homes to give him a grand estate. After all, Muslims are an easy target, living in petty dictatorships run by thieves who we have now learned have always run to Washington and Tel Aviv for orders.

Take out a second. Think the word “Palestinian.” Do you also think “terrorist?” Do you see a child being killed by an Israeli helicopter or innocent people killed by a TV villain, almost invariably played by Jewish actors, perhaps a sick “inside joke” of Murdoch’s.

The Islamic people of the world have been played, exploited and crushed since 1919. History will show it carefully planned and financed by a certain European banking family, one that 6 years earlier had established an illegal banking system in the US.

Learn about the real Balfour Declaration and how it was gotten through blackmail, learn who wrote it and to whom it was sent.

The story reads exactly like the things that are coming out in Britain day after day.

Murdoch tells his followers to hate “smart people.” There has to be fear of the educated, the “elites.” You can’t have rampant racism and blind ignorance until you destroy public trust in the natural leaders, until you destroy real culture and replace it with mechanized music, scandal mongering, dirty sex and endless conspiracies.

Murdoch is the real king of conspiracy theories.

Look at the endless list of wild accusations that came from Fox alone. Then look at the others, the accusations, the wild and insane things that were written into history but likely planned by Murdoch.

9/11 probably had Murdoch’s hand in it as did the London bombings on 7/7.

There could be no great conspiracy without control of the news.

Now we find the news itself controlled the governments and may well have written the scripts to the wars, the rigged elections, the acts of terror and the misdirection that sent America into a decade of cruel and useless bloodletting after terror groups that never existed in the first place.

Now, today, as our British cousins are reeling in the revelations that their government for decades has not been their own, a diseased hybrid of crazy old man, Israeli spies and the paid stooges that the people thought were serving them….

And it goes on in America, full blast, Murdoch and his creatures, planning the future of America.

One of his creatures is Boehner.

Another is Palin.

Then there is Gingrich.

There was the entire Bush administration.

Washington — In its 30 years of existence, Shas has evolved from a marginal ethnic political group to Israel’s fourth largest party in the Knesset and is today the unchallenged kingmaker of Israeli politics.

Its leader, Rabbi Ovadia Yossef, as quoted in Israel’s Jerusalem Post, teaches:

The sole purpose of non-Jews is to serve Jews, according to Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, the head of Shas’s Council of Torah Sages and a senior Sephardi adjudicator.

“Goyim were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world – only to serve the People of Israel,” he said in his weekly Saturday night sermon on the laws regarding the actions non-Jews are permitted to perform on Shabbat.

Now, Shas — or in its full name, the Sephardic Torah Guardians Movement — is attempting to establish a beachhead among American Sephardic Jews and, it hopes, replicate its success in Israel. On December 4, the group launched its United States affiliate, American Friends of Shas, based in Brooklyn.

The new organization’s goals are still in flux and, while activists agree its main mission should be raising the profile of Shas in America, some are also calling for active fundraising to support the party’s operations in Israel.

Beyond these goals, the affiliate’s founders also hope to unite Sephardic American Jews under the leadership of Rabbi Ovadia Yossef, Shas’s founder and spiritual leader, who is revered as the most important rabbinic authority in the Sephardic world.

American Friends of Shas activists believe that such a consolidation of leadership could help elevate the standing of Orthodox Sephardic Jews, who often feel left out of the Ashkenazi-dominated American Jewish organizational world.

Jewish Supremacist – Rabbi David Algaze – “Jerusalem is Not a City of Three Religions”

“Associating with a very powerful leader and a very powerful organization can give us a sense of pride,” said Rabbi David Algaze, who chaired the founding meeting of American Friends of Shas.

Rabbi Algaze added that while he did not believe there is prejudice against Sephardic Jews in the U.S., there is a “subconscious bias” that has made members of the community almost entirely absent from the Jewish communal leadership.

Calls to join the new organization were posted in recent weeks on billboards in Orthodox neighborhoods in Brooklyn and New Jersey.

The official launch took place, as first reported by the Jewish Star, a Long Island-based newspaper, with Rabbi Ovadia Yossef’s personal aide, Zvi Hakak, greeting participants on behalf of the 91-year-old sage.

“The dream,” Hakak said in the meeting, “is to raise the image of Sephardic Jews.”

The driving force behind the initiative, Israeli Knesset member Nissim Zeev, was among the original founders of the Shas party in Israel.

“Our main goal was to have a channel in which Shas’s political views could be expressed in America,” Zeev told the Forward in a December 13 phone interview. “It is also very important for us to unite Sephardic communities in the U.S. around the party and around our rabbi, Ovadia Yossef.”

Shas started off in Israel as a social-issue party, focused on the needs of its key constituency — Sephardic Orthodox Israelis, many of whom were from the struggling classes in Israeli society.

Shas established its own government-funded school network, which gained marked popularity in poor Sephardic towns. This, in turn, increased the party’s popular support.

Obama Approves Draconian Police State Law

Obama supports draconian FY 2012 National Defense Authorization Act provisions. Justification given is national security and war on terror hokum.

Henceforth, anyone anywhere, including US citizens, may be indefinitely held without charge or trial, based solely on suspicions, spurious allegations or none at all.

No reasonable proof is needed, just suspicions that those detained pose threats. Henceforth, indefinite detentions can follow mere membership (past or present) or support for suspect organizations.

Presidents now have unchecked dictatorial powers to arrest, interrogate and indefinitely detain law-abiding citizens if accused of potentially posing a threat.

Constitutional, statute and international laws won’t apply. Martial law will replace them if so ordered.

As a result, US military personnel anywhere in the world may arrest US citizens and others, throw them in military dungeons, and hold them indefinitely outside constitutionally mandated civil protections, including habeas rights, due process, and other judicial procedures.

In other words, presidents may order anyone arrested and imprisoned for life without charge or trial. Tyranny arrived in America. Abuse of power replaced rule of law protections.

Even someone erroneously arrested and cleared of wrongdoing could be held indefinitely without charge, given non-civil trials, none at all, or, for foreign nationals, sent abroad to torture prison hellholes.

Civil Libertarian Responses

On December 14, an ACLU press release headlined, “White House Backs Away from Defense Bill Veto Threat,” saying:

Obama “support(s) passage of the (FY2012) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which contains harmful provisions (to) authorize the US military to pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians, including American citizens, anywhere in the world.”

Responding, ACLU Washington Legislative Office director Laura Murphy said:

“The president should more carefully consider the consequences of allowing this bill to become law. If (he) signs this bill, it will damage both his legacy and America’s reputation for upholding the rule of law.”

The last time Congress authorized indefinite detentions for uncharged US citizens without trial was in 1950 over Harry Truman’s veto.

The Emergency Detention Act provision of the Internal Security Act authorized incarceration for those considered likely to commit espionage or sabotage.

It was never used, then repealed by the 1971 Non-Detenton Act, stating:

“No citizen shall be imprisoned or otherwise detained by the United States except pursuant to an Act of Congress.”

At issue was never again subjecting US citizens to lawless internment the way Japanese Americans were in 1942. At the time, loyal citizens were forced into War Relocation Camps lawlessly.

Murphy faintly hoped Obama would emulate Truman. However, Senate bill sponsor Carl Levin said he insisted on subjecting US citizens to the same draconian treatment as foreign nationals. The original Senate bill excluded them. At his request, they were added.

ACLU deputy legal director Jameel Jaffer called NDAA “an awful bill….” He and other civil libertarians are outraged by its passage. Jaffer added:

This bill will “make permanent as an American law this fixture of worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial. (It’s) a bill that would further militarize counterterrorism policy.”

It’s “a bill that will make it harder to close Guantanamo. It has all the problems that we identified earlier, and it is really quite astonishing and disappointing that (Obama) is withdrawing his veto threat.”

All along, of course, it was disingenuous and hollow. As explained above, he insists on subjecting uncharged US citizens to the same draconian treatment as foreign nationals.

On December 14, the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) said:

Obama “made a choice with chilling consequences today when he announced he would not veto the NDAA despite the lack of change to provisions of the bill that make it even more difficult to shut down the prison at Guantanamo and make indefinite military detention(s) without trial a permanent feature of the US legal system.”

Throughout his tenure, Obama exceeded the worst of George Bush. Besides trashing rule of law principles and other democratic values, waging multiple imperial wars, sanctioning torture, wrecking America’s economy, and turning a blind eye to growing human need, he’s taking a major step toward institutionalizing tyranny by supporting the “indefinite detention of citizens and non-citizens alike without charge or trial….”

On December 15, Bill of Rights Day, the Senate passed NDAA following House passage on December 14. On December 16, Obama will sign it into law, in defiance of Bill of Rights protections he’ll further abrogate with his signature.

As a result, December 15 may become known as a day of infamy when tyranny replaced constitutional law.

Henceforth, no one anywhere will be safe, and there’s no place to hide.

Major Media Scoundrels for Tyranny

Notably, US media scoundrels largely ignored the bill for months. On December 14, ahead of its enactment, The New York Times misreported its significance by failing to explain how US citizens are affected. Instead, it discussed inconsequential language changes and quoted a White House statement, saying:

“As a result of (House/Senate conference committee changes), we have concluded that the language does not challenge or constrain the president’s ability to collect intelligence, incapacitate dangerous terrorists, and protect the American people, and the president’s senior advisors will not recommend a veto.”

A same day Washington Post (WP) article also ignored the bill’s draconian provisions. It quoted the same White House statement, and falsely claimed civilian authorities, not America’s military, will be authorized to make arrests on US soil.

A December 13 WP editorial also misreported, claiming US citizens won’t be subjected to military detention. In addition, like The Times and is own December 14 article, it discussed (ahead of passage) inconsequential changes while omitting explanation of constitutionally destructive draconian provisions.

Of course, no one ever accused America’s major media of being long on truth and full disclosure. In serving wealth and power, they fail on all counts by inverting truth and avoiding what journalists are supposed to do – their job.

Readers, viewers and listeners have a choice. Growing numbers exercising it by walking away.

They’re tuning out and making credible choices for real news and analysis more needed today perhaps than ever, given America’s draconian direction.

Hopefully eventually they all will before it’s too late to matter.

A Final Comment

On December 14, Nader.org headlined, “Congressional Tyranny, White House Surrender,” saying:

The FY 2012 NDAA “will finish off some critical American rights under our Constitution.” Two retired four-star marine generals (Charles Krulak and Joseph Hoar) urged an Obama veto, saying:

“One provision would authorize the military to indefinitely detain without charge people suspected of involvement with terrorism, including United States citizens apprehended on American soil. Due process would be a thing of the past…”

“A second provision would mandate military custody for most terrorism suspects. It would force on the military responsibilities it hasn’t sought….for domestic law enforcement….”

“A third provision would further extend a ban on transfers from Guantanamo, ensuring that this morally and financially expensive symbol of detainee abuse will remain open well into the future.”

Other military, security, and former government officials also expressed opposition.

This law will deny US citizens due process and judicial fairness. It will let military forces become law enforcers. It will make America a police state. It will abolish constitutional freedoms besides others already lost.

This “arbitrary, open-ended dictatorial White House mandate was never subjected to even a House or Senate Committee hearing….It was rammed through by the House and Senate Armed Services Committees without the Judiciary and Intelligence Committees invoking their concurrent jurisdiction for public hearings.”

As president, Obama’s done the impossible. He’s governed worse than his fiercest critics feared, worse than Bush on domestic and foreign policies.

This law furthers destroy American freedom. Obama’s support and moral cowardice assures it.

A recent report by CBS Atlanta detailed how some local citizens are outraged that such “crimes against humanity” are being carried out right before our eyes in secret.

In the report Sen. Johnny Isakson was interviewed on the subject of chemtrails saying quote:

“That is a theory that some people have, but there is no evidence this is happening. This is not happening.”

It looks as if members of the government’s upper echelon and even members of the Senate will go to extreme lengths to suppress this vital information from reaching the American people.

Not to mention they signed off on the multi-billion dollar per year budgets in an economic crisis, with little to no transparency to the public.

In regards to aerosol spraying into the earth’s atmosphere, a recent update to data assembled by The Carnicom Institute reveals the chemicals used and their respective levels of concentration. The toxic levels that are being used in these aerosols goes beyond shocking – it would appear that these levels are indeed criminal by EPA Standards.

Purpose

The Fund for Innovative Climate and Energy Research (FICER) exists to accelerate the innovative development and evaluation of science and technology to address carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions and their environmental consequences.

The non-profit research fund focuses on early-stage innovative research where relatively small and timely grants can significantly advance understanding, especially of the viability and scalability of proposals to address global warming.

Funded research projects are intended to produce peer-reviewed scholarly articles in recognized professional scientific and technical journals. Any intellectual property that may be generated in the course of such research resides with the researchers or their institutions.

Grants for research are provided to the University of Calgary from gifts made by Mr. Bill Gates from his personal funds.

The activities of the Fund for Innovative Climate and Energy Research fall outside the scope of activities of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. FICER is not a Foundation project and has no relationship with it.

The fund has supported research in a wide range of areas. Some examples include:

• understanding carbon dioxide emissions associated with international trade in goods and services;

• developing technologies to capture carbon dioxide out of the air; and

• climate modeling to understand possible environmental consequences of solar radiation management.

Report On GeoEngineering

A select group of diabolic oligarch globalists and their puppet cronies embedded within the United States government are now involved in what some would say are crimes against humanity. These tyrants will stop at nothing to usher their hush, hush global aerosol agenda into full swing.

According to a report prepared for the Air Force titled “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the WeatherBy 2025” the U.S. Air Force wants to fully control the weather on earth by the year 2025.

Far surpassing even the most horrific act of terror (real or staged), posing as literal gods, these globalists will stop at nothing to control the world by not only controlling the fraudulent banking systems but by owning the weather through a process (blanket term) called Geoengineering.

According to globalist sponsored reports, our planet is in a constant state of threat and is being bombarded with radioactive solar rays increasing planetary temperatures due to human carbon emissions.  (Bah-humbug – WW~)

However, vast bodies of research now show that that is not the case and that global warming is a another globalist myth, a ponzi scheme to collect a Carbon Tax worldwide, benefitting the very same group behind the curtain.

The myth the global warming “Carbon Tax” pushers have been spouting apparently can only be  fixed by spraying deadly toxins in an aerosol particulate form into the earths atmosphere via large sprayer converted aircraft specifically assigned to perform Geoengineering tasks.

Aerosol sprays (slang: Chemtrails) are filled with a variety of chemical and metal compounds and are known to be very hazardous to human, plant, and animal health worldwide. This danger to plant and human and animal health has been documented in films such as “What In the World Are They Spraying” by Michael Murphy & G. Edward Griffin, who have also appeared on the Intel Hub Radio Show with Shepard Ambellas.

Ultimately, this issue was originally a matter for the EPA to rule over considering that they have the authority to sanction geoengineering activities under the National Environmental Policy ACT of 1969. However, documents such as the report to the chairman, Committee of Science and Technology, House of Representatives – “Climate Change” – Sept. 2010, U.S. Gov. Accountability Office which was submitted to all members of congress in 2010 attempt to put control into the hands of even a smaller group of people.

This report clearly is slanted and leans to take control away from the EPA along with other regulatory provisions such as; the Endangered Species ACT, and the Conformity Provision in the Clean Air ACT – total Geoengineering dis-info submitted to members of the Congress and other government branches alike.

The source of most of the dis-info is Obama’s White House Science Czar John P. Holdren. The following was written on USGCRP letterhead;

On behalf of the National Science and Technology Council, I am transmitting a copy of Our Changing Planet: The U.S. Global Change Research Program for Fiscal Year 2011. The report describes the activities and plans of the U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) established under the Global Change Research Act (GCRA) of 1990. The USGCRP coordinates and integrates scientific research on climate and global change and is supported by 13 participating departments and agencies of the U.S. government. This Fiscal Year 2011 edition of Our Changing Planet highlights recent advances and progress made by participating agencies and includes budget information on each agency’s contribution.

This report describes a program in transition. In accordance with the GCRA, the USGCRP agencies requested guidance from the National Research Council on how to best meet the changing needs of the nation to understand climate change and respond to its impacts, and the NRC responded with a 2009 report entitled “Restructuring Federal Climate Research to Meet the Challenges of Climate Change”. In accord with that report’s recommendations, the USGCRP is undergoing a strategic realignment that will ensure that the science produced is maximally useful for decision makers at all scales. As described in the new edition of Our Changing Planet, the program going forward will place greater emphasis on impacts, vulnerabilities, and on understanding the options for adapting to the changing climate. Even more disturbing then that is the fact that your so called representatives have been approving yearly geoengineering budgets in the upwards of billions of dollars per year (as outlined in the document “Our Changing Planet – The US Global Change Research Program for the Fiscal Year of 2011, which is a supplement to the Presidents Budget for 2011, much of which is unaccounted for and not even included in the budget possible signifying even a more nefarious plot involving some black budget.

Back tracking to the year 2001,  President elect George W. Bush established the (CCRI) Climate Change Research Initiative. A year later it was made public that the USGCRP or United States Global Change Research program and the CCRI both would become what is known as the (CCSP) Climate Change Science Program. Now, under the Obama Administration the legacy continues to move forward as the USGCRP.

Geoengineering Regions

A report entitled “Global Climate Change Impacts in the United States” released in 2009, documents how the USGCRP divided the US into nine regions similar to FEMA regions. Also tucked into the report was the statement “A central finding of the report was that the vast majority of climate scientists agree that global warming is unequivocal and primarily human induced” – Source: Our Changing Planet.

The document goes on to mention the devastating effects of climate change, including the effect on crops, human health and livestock.

But the most startling fact in the document is the actual budget itself, a mere 2.7 billion for 2011 alone (not including many costs) 24% higher than 2010’s budget.

The Global Change Research ACT of 1990, SEC. 102, Committee on Earth and Environmental Sciences states;

a) ESTABLISHMENT.–The President, through the Council, shall establish a Committee on Earth and Environmental Sciences. The Committee shall carry out Council functions under section 401 of the National Science and Technology Policy, Organization, and Priorities Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C. 6651) relating to global change research, for the purpose of increasing the overall effectiveness and productivity of Federal global change research efforts.

 

(b) MEMBERSHIP.–The Committee shall consist of at least one representative from–

 

1. the National Science Foundation;

2. the National Aeronautics and Space Administration;

3. the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the Department of Commerce;

4. the Environmental Protection Agency;

5. the Department of Energy;

6. the Department of State;

7. the Department of Defense;

8. the Department of the Interior;

9. the Department of Agriculture;

10. the Department of Transportation;

11. the Office of Management and Budget;

12. the Office of Science and Technology Policy;

13. the Council on Environmental Quality;

14. the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences of the National Institutes of Health; and

15. such other agencies and departments of the United States as the President or the Chairman of the Council considers appropriate.  Such representatives shall be high ranking officials of their agency or department, wherever possible the head of the portion of that agency or department that is most relevant to the purpose of the title described in section 101(b).

 

(c) CHAIRPERSON.–The Chairman of the Council, in consultation with the Committee, biennially shall select one of the Committee members to serve as Chairperson. The Chairperson shall be knowledgeable and experienced with regard to the administration of scientific research programs, and shall be a representative of an agency that contributes substantially, in terms of scientific research capability and budget, to the Program.

 

(d) SUPPORT PERSONNEL.–An Executive Secretary shall be appointed by the Chairperson of the Committee, with the approval of the Committee. The Executive Secretary shall be a permanent employee of one of the agencies or departments represented on the Committee, and shall remain in the employ of such agency or department. The Chairman of the Council shall have the authority to make personnel decisions regarding any employees detailed to the Council for purposes of working on business of the Committee pursuant to section 401 of the National Science and Technology Policy, Organization, and Priorities Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C. 6651).

 

(e) FUNCTIONS RELATIVE TO GLOBAL CHANGE.–The Council, through the Committee, shall be responsible for planning and coordinating the Program. In carrying out this responsibility, the Committee shall–

 

1. serve as the forum for developing the Plan and for overseeing its implementation;

2. improve cooperation among Federal agencies and departments with respect to global change research activities;

3. provide budgetary advice as specified in section 105;

4. work with academic, State, industry, and other groups conducting global change research, to provide for periodic public and peer review of the Program;

5. cooperate with the Secretary of State in– (A) providing representation at international meetings and conferences on global change research in which the United States participates; and

 

(B) coordinating the Federal activities of the United States with programs of other nations and with international global change research activities such as the International Geosphere-Biosphere Program;

 

6. consult with actual and potential users of the results of the Program to ensure that such results are useful in developing national and international policy responses to global change; and

7. report at least annually to the President and the Congress, through the Chairman of the Council, on Federal global change research priorities, policies, and programs.”

A description of the subcommittee on (p.2) Our Changing Planet Reads;

“The USGCRP is directed by the Subcommittee for Global Change Research (SGCR), which falls under the National Science and Technology Council. The SGCR comprises representatives from 13 departments and agencies and is led by a Chair from one of the participating agencies (currently from the Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration [NOAA]). In order to align the program’s governance with the needs, Vice- Chairs have been identified for Strategic Planning, Integrated Observations, and Adaptation Research. Additional vice-chairs will be identified as needed. The program is supported by the USGCRP Integration and Coordination Office and conducts many of its activities through interagency working groups that plan and implement research and crosscutting activities, such as communications, decision support, and information and data concerns. The Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) work closely with the SGCR, the Integration and Coordination Office, and the interagency working groups to establish research priorities and funding plans to ensure that the program is aligned with national priorities, reflects agency planning, and meets the requirements of the GCRA. “

The Subcommittee in question has now supplied the President with a supplement to the fiscal budget for 2011, which was presented to members of congress in January of 2011 on behalf of the National Science and Technology Policy – Assistant to the President for Science and Technology, John P. Holdren.

The (USGCRP) brings together a total of 13 different agencies and merges them into one single agency program that has been in the works science 1988 or prior.

In 1990 the USGCRP received generous congressional support under (GCRA P.L. 101-606). It is no mystery that aerosol spraying operations have been ongoing since the early 1990’s. Prior to 1990 one could enjoy a true clear blue sky, a figment of the past in 2011 – where none are to be found.

Airship Proposed for Chemtrail Spraying

So just how deep does the geoengineering/terraforming rabbit hole go? The Intel Hub was able to obtain a copy of the final report prepared by the University of Calgary under contract by Aurora Flight Sciences titled “Geoengineering cost analysis.”

In the report there is smoking gun evidence of the entire geoengineering saga from the secret bases, to the payload, to what type of aircraft or “airship” will be the most cost effective to spread toxic particulates throughout the earths atmosphere.

The final report also included budgets for different applications for aerosol dispersal within the atmosphere.

“Existing aircraft are evaluated based on cost of acquisition and operations. An in-depth new aircraft design study and cost analysis was conducted to determine the cost of developing and operating a dedicated geoengineering airplane type. Similarly, an airship design study and cost analysis was conducted. Finally a survey of non-aircraft systems was conducted to determine how their costs compare to aircraft and airships.

Yearly costs of 1M tonne geoengineering operations for all the systems examined are presented in Figure 2. Some systems are easily written off due to extremely high costs. Rocket based systems are not cost competitive due to the large number of launches required and the impact of occasional rocket failures on required fleet size. A system based on 16Σ” naval Mark 7 guns was analyzed and compared to previous work by the National Research Council.4 This system requires large numbers of shots increasing projectile costs and driving yearly costs over $100B. Gun costs become more competitive if the projectile payload fraction can be increased from about 10% for a standard shell to 50%. With this and a few improvements over the 1940-era Mark 7 gun yearly costs are still in the $20B range….The primary vehicles examined to lift particulate to stratospheric altitudes and disperse them at a predetermined release rate are airplanes and airships; rockets and other non- aircraft methods such as guns and suspended pipes are also surveyed.” –Aurora Flight Sciences: Geoengineering Final Report (p.5)

“Geoengineering may provide a means to create a time buffer against catastrophic cli- mate change while long-term emissions reduction actions take effect. One approach is to disperse sulfur compounds at high altitude to reduce the effective solar flux entering the atmosphere. This report will evaluate the means of delivering sufficient mass of this or similar material to affect climate change on a global scale. The goal of this study is to use engineering design and cost analysis to determine the feasibility and cost of a delivering material to the stratosphere for solar radiation management (SRM). This study does notexamine effectiveness or risks of injecting material into the stratosphere for SRM. Its goal is simply to compare a range of delivery systems on a single cost basis.” – Aurora Flight Sciences: Geoengineering Final Report (p.6)

Operational Costs – Not Including Payload

The report mentions how payload costs are not included in the estimate nor are the base/facility costs and continues on (p.8) to say;

“This study focuses on airplane and airship operations to the stratosphere to release a geoengineering payload with the goal of reducing incoming solar flux. Airships are also considered for this mission. To provide a comparison to conventional aircraft operations, more exotic concepts such as rockets, guns, and suspended pipes are also examined….For maximum cooling impact, the particulate payloads are best placed near the equator. This study assumes that the payload is released within latitudes 30°N and 30°S, though North-South basing location had minimal effect on cost. Transit operations, flying East- West between equally spaced bases around the equator, were examined as a method to ensure adequate dispersal of the payload around the equator. Global winds aid in East-West dispersal so a smaller number of bases and shorter range systems (referred to as Regional operations) can be employed with minimal impact on dispersal. Region- al operations allow the dispersal leg length to be dictated by the desired release rate of 0.03kg/m flown. This means the airplanes fly no further than they have to, on the order of 300-800 km, and fuel costs are minimized.” – Aurora Flight Sciences: Geoengineering Final report Yearly cost estimates from different dispersal methods ranged from over 1 billion dollars a year all the way up to rocket dispersed aerosol in the upper atmosphere at the cost of over 100 billion dollars per year.

Child Protective Services: Chronology of a Kidnapping

PASADENA, CA – The case of Jeffrey and Erica Henderson provides a continuation of the critical examination of Child Protective Services in the United States, as well as the legal framework in which CPS operates.

The Henderson’s were investigated at their home following an anonymous tip that Mr. Henderson had slapped his daughter.  Jeffrey Henderson was arrested on the scene, and their 6 children subsequently put into foster homes.  The Henderson’s speculate that the call was placed by their landlord, whom they had reported to the Health Department for having dangerous mold issues in their rental.  Regardless of who placed the call, it is instructive to look at the chronology of how the system of “protecting children” has responded to this perceived threat to the welfare of six children ranging in age from 10 months to 8 years, all based on one phone call.  This story might prove to be a similar cautionary tale as that of citizen spy programs in tyrannical regimes.   The Henderson’s’ story, as well as the wider story of CPS abuse, reveals American society and its values, while questioning whose interests are really being served by removing children from the custody of their own parents.

For background, the Henderson’s are proponents of homeschooling, home birthing, no vaccines, and are Messianic Jewish by faith.  The Henderson’s assert that their children are loved, well-cared for, and nurtured children and have not been abused by their parents.  However, the chronology provided below suggests that these children have been repeatedly and profoundly abused by the very system supposedly charged with their protection.

 The following timeline of events was provided by Erica Henderson, mother of these six children.  Clearly, this is a one-sided representation of events and we cannot verify each of the statements, but most telling is the fact that all charges were eventually dropped.  Yet, their children remain in foster homes under the direction of CPS.  Until this family is reunited, we feel that the term kidnapping is properly applied.

May 25, 2010 – Pasadena police came to our door investigating child abuse stemming from an anonymous call made to 911. The caller said she heard Jeffrey slap Abigail. We did not let the police in. After almost two hours of talking to the police, they used a battering ram to gain entry to our home without a warrant and without our consent. During these two hours they tried to obtain a warrant by a judge in Pasadena and were told they could not have one as there were no exigent circumstances. They ran in, guns drawn, and told Jeffrey to get down on the ground. He did. Jeffrey was beaten, cuffed and taken to the hospital. Jeffrey was detained and ticketed from the hospital for PC 148 a1, resisting an officer. The officers searched our home, strip searched and interviewed our children and found no evidence of abuse. I was never arrested or ticketed.

June 14, 2010 – Jeffrey goes before a city council meeting and asks for help with our problems with the neighbor, the broken door and the bogus charges. He writes and rehearses a speech for the city council meeting. There are no comments or questions, he is ignored. We also write to our city council member, Victor Gordo. He does not respond.

June 2010 – Jeffrey begins fighting our case in propria persona, or without an attorney’s counsel. In court Jeffrey is informed that I am also charged with PC 148 a1. Jeffrey informs the court that he will be arguing the case for both of us.

June 2010 – March 2011 – Jeffrey goes to court once or twice a month filing motions that were denied. 3 more counts of PC 148 as well as 4 counts of misdemeanor child endangerment were added to each of us. The prosecution alleged we were guilty of resisting an officer by not opening the door when the police said to, and child endangerment because of the psychological damage suffered by the children from watching the door being beat down.

August 6, 2010 – Jeffrey goes to court on a scheduled court date and was arrested. The court did not serve Jeffrey with the paperwork, there is no proof of service on file. He spent 3 weeks in jail for a bench warrant for failure to appear on this case. He was released and continued to file motions.

November 23, 2010 – Jeffrey files a claim for damages against the city of Pasadena.

December 14, 2010 – Appeal demurrer overruled by Judge Beason.

December 22, 2010 -  Jeffrey files a claim for damages against the county of Los Angeles.

March 7, 2011 – Jeffrey begins filing appeals through the appellate court for his denied motions. His requests in the appellate court are denied and he files a ‘writ of certerari’ with the California Supreme court which was accepted on April 18, 2011. At this point his superior court case in Pasadena is put on hold until the Supreme Court makes a ruling.

The case was denied by the California Supreme Court on Monday April 25, 2011, the day Jeffrey and I were arrested. The police came to our home, knocked in both doors without warning and arrested Jeffrey and I and CPS took our children into custody as well. This action was coordinated by MART (Multi Agency Response Team). We were arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear. These actions were carefully planned.

April 25 – June 21, 2011 – We sit in jail while we wait for our case to go to trial. Towards the end we were offered many “deals” by the prosecution, but did not take them because of our attorney’s advice that the case would be dismissed before it made it to trial. Jeffrey suffered greatly in jail, not getting a Kosher diet and being severely beaten in custody while hand-cuffed. His arm and five fingers were broken as well as sustaining soft tissue damage to the head.

June 21, 2011 – Judge Villa Lobos dismissed the case following an 1118.1 motion, for lack of grounds to proceed to trial. Jeffrey was released a day later due to a “hold” put on him as a result of his beating by the police. We were free, but homeless and childless. Our landlord removed everything out of our home while we were incarcerated. He did this without legal notice, and refuses to give us our things, including thousands of dollars in cash. We were told we must go before a judge in children’s court on July 13, 2011 before our children can be released to our care.

June 24, 2011 – We signed paperwork with an attorney to take over our lawsuit of the city of Pasadena, which now includes every incident that happened as a result of our unlawful arrest on April 25th, 2011.

July 13, 2011
Jeff and Erica went to court at 8:30am, with some show of support by family and friends.  They were then able to see the CPS charges against them:

1. Their children are not vaccinated.
2.  A neighbor reported seeing Jeff drink a beer.

The children are now wetting the bed while in foster care. The judge did not discuss them getting their children back. He stated that the youngest was allowed breast milk ONLY from Erica, no longer allowing the Human Milk for Human Babies group to donate milk.  And that they would look into placing the children in two foster homes that speak English. Another hearing is scheduled August 24th.

The children have been moved into separate foster homes and are not receiving Erica’s breast milk for the baby, kosher meals, and now have not shown up for their court ordered visitation.

Defense Authorization Act Will Destroy Bill of Rights

The grim face of totalitarianism is emerging in the National Defense Authorization Act(NDAA) now before Congress.

This bill is the last mile post on America’s sad, well-traveled road to the butcher shop of dictatorship. We have been headed that way for some time and, with a little help from Congress, we’ll arrive there shortly, putting an ugly end to the American experiment. The Senate December 1st passed the bill by a vote of 93-7.

In the name of “defense,” NDAA underwrites $662-billion for continued U.S. aggression in our many foreign wars while, on the domestic front, it incinerates the last surviving shreds of the Bill of Rights. According to the American Civil Liberties Union(ACLU), it authorizes presidents “to order the military to pick up and imprison people, including U.S. citizens, without charging them or putting them on trial.” (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) So much for Amendment VI to our Constitution that “the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial.”

Just destroying your protection against arbitrary arrest and imprisonment means the bill’s authors Senators Carl Levin of Michigan and John McCain of Arizona don’t have to bother with junking anything else. Once you’re imprisoned you won’t need any other “stinkin’ rights.”

The ACLU charges the provisions of NDAA “were negotiated by a small group of members of Congress, in secret, and without proper congressional review (and), are inconsistent with fundamental American values embodied in the Constitution….(our) fundamental freedoms are on the line.”

A few years back, President Carter denounced the Patriot Act for authorizing federal agents “to search people’s homes and businesses secretly, to confiscate property without any deadline or without giving notice that the intrusion had taken place, and to collect without notice personal information on American citizens including their medical histories, books checked out of libraries, and goods they purchase.” The NDAA is far worse than that.

According to Noam Chomsky, the arbitrary arrest philosophy in this country dates back to the Bush regime. “The current (Bush) government,” he writes in “Imperial Ambitions”(Metropolitan Books, 2005), “has claimed rights that go beyond any precedents, including even the right to arrest citizens, hold them in detention without access to their family or lawyers, and do so indefinitely, without charges.”

“What the American People are witnessing now with this new legislation is the further development of an American Police State into a Military Dictatorship, a process that was started by the so-called USA Patriot Act in 2001,” says Professor Francis Boyle, the constitutional law authority at the University of Illinois, Champaign.

“If it is enacted into law, America will lose all pretense of having our Military subjected to the control of democratically elected civilian leaders as originally envisioned and required by the Constitution. Our experiment in 1776 will have failed,” adds Boyle, author of “Tackling America’s Toughest Questions”(Clarity Press.)

President Obama is already exercising his kingly right to rain Hellfire missiles from drone assault planes down on any human being anywhere on the planet without a legal authorization. This is called assassination as it is utterly devoid of any semblance of rudimentary justice. Unfortunately, the president appears to have no qualms about his actions. Will such a man hesitate to arrest Americans on suspicion and imprison them for years, or worse, without trial?

Adds the prescient Paul Craig Roberts, “The (Obama) regime’s objection to (the) military detention (provision in NDAA) is not rooted in concern for the constitutional rights of American citizens. The regime objects to military detention because the implication of military detention is that detainees are prisoners of war…(and) detainees treated according to the laws of war have the protections of the Geneva Conventions. They cannot be tortured. The Obama regime opposes military detention, because detainees would have some rights. These rights would interfere with the regime’s ability to send detainees to CIA torture prisons overseas.”

Perhaps this is a good time to remind swindled American taxpayers that totalitarianism is what comes of funding a perpetual warfare state that spies on all global communications, builds the greatest  military in human history, assassinates foreign leaders, overthrows elected governments, invades small nations based on lies to seize their natural resources, and threatens the world from its 800 military bases.

The NDAA perpetuates all this and now endows the criminal leadership in Congress and the White House with the weapons to turn upon their own.

The only senators with guts to oppose the bill were Democrats Tom Harkin of Iowa; Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley of Oregon; Republicans Tom Coburn of Oklahoma, Mike Lee of Utah, Rand Paul of Kentucky; and Independent Bernie Sanders of Vermont. As Sen. Paul asked during the debate, “Under the provisions, wouldn’t it be possible, then, that an American citizen could be declared an enemy combatant and sent to Guantanamo Bay and detained indefinitely?”

If you don’t call your congressperson today to stop the NDAA, you are not likely to enjoy the blessings of liberty tomorrow. The light in the torch of the Statue of Liberty has already been snuffed out by our illegal foreign wars. The final disgrace will be to imprison the beautiful lady behind the barbed wire of the NDAA.

But, there might be hope in over-turning the treason being committed against the American people:

ED NOTE : If Sherwood Ross’ article Defense Authorization Act Will Destroy Bill of Rights is accurate when it states that the Military will be authorized to arrest and hold anyone without access to legal representation, habeas corpus, or trial, then the Law itself is unconstitutional and all it will take is a finding in the US Supreme Court to that effect to nullify it.

 

It is quite simple and straightforward. The Constitution of the Unites States of America clearly prohibits the Congress from passing any law which is in conflict or contradiction with any of the guaranteed provisions of the Constitution or its amendments. If the Congress wishes to pass such a law, it must first amend and gain ratification of suspension of those rights of habeas corpus, legal representation, and trial which are fundamental to the Constitution.

 

Now…” finding in the US Supreme Court”  just might take some doing but, that is the Law as established by the foremost and fundamental legal document in the USA,  including this one, must derive, and depend.

This law seems to be in direct violation of the principles of  Articles I, IV,V and VI at a minimum…that is forty percent of the guarantees of personal Freedoms granted directly, unequivocally and irrevocably to the people of the US.

What if the Constitution No Longer Applied?

What if the whole purpose of the Constitution was to limit the government? What if Congress’ enumerated powers in the Constitution no longer limited Congress, but were actually used as justification to extend Congress’ authority over every realm of human life? What if the president, meant to be an equal to Congress, has become a democratically elected, term-limited monarch? What if the president assumed everything he did was legal, just because he’s the president? What if he could interrupt your regularly scheduled radio and TV programming for a special message from him? What if he could declare war on his own? What if he could read your emails and texts without a search warrant? What if he could kill you without warning?

What if the rights and principles guaranteed in the Constitution have been so distorted in the past 200 years as to be unrecognizable by the Founders? What if the states were mere provinces of a totally nationalized and fully centralized government? What if the Constitution was amended stealthily, not by constitutional amendments duly passed by the states, but by the constant and persistent expansion of the federal government’s role in our lives? What if the federal government decided whether its own powers were proper and constitutional?

What if you needed a license from the government to speak, to assemble or to protest the government? What if the right to keep and bear arms only applied to the government? What if posse comitatus — the law that prohibits our military from our streets — were no longer in effect? What if the government considered the military an adequate dispenser of domestic law enforcement? What if cops looked and acted like troops and you couldn’t distinguish the military from the police? What if federal agents could write their own search warrants in defiance of the Constitution? What if the government could decide when you weren’t entitled to a jury trial?

What if the government could take your property whenever it wanted it? What if the government could continue prosecuting you until it got the verdict it wanted? What if the government could force you to testify against yourself simply by labeling you a domestic terrorist? What if the government could torture you until you said what the government wanted to hear? What if people running for president actually supported torture? What if the government tortured your children to get to you? What if the government could send you to your death and your innocence meant nothing so long as the government’s procedures were followed? What if America’s prison population, the largest in the world, was the result of a cruel and unusual way for a country to be free? What if half the prison population never harmed anyone but themselves?

What if the people had no rights except those the government chose to let them have? What if the states had no rights except to do as the federal government commanded? What if our elected officials didn’t really live among us, but all instead had their hearts and their homes in Washington, D.C.? What if the government could strip you of your rights because of where your mother was when you were born? What if the income tax was unconstitutional? What if the states were convinced to give up their representation in Congress? What if the government tried to ban you from using a substance older than the government itself? What if voting didn’t mean anything anymore because both political parties stand for Big Government?

What if the government could write any law, regulate any behavior and tax any event, the Constitution be damned? What if the government was the reason we don’t have a Constitution anymore? What if you could love your country but hate what the government has done to it? What if sometimes to love your country, you had to alter or abolish the government? What if Jefferson was right? What if that government is best which governs least? What if I’m right? What if the government is wrong? What if it is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong? What if it is better to perish fighting for freedom than to live as a slave? What if freedom’s greatest hour of danger is now?

Judge Andrew P. Napolitano is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey. He sat on the bench from 1987 to 1995, during which time he presided over 150 jury trials and thousands of motions, sentencings and hearings. WW~Notes: Actually, Judge, the constitution has not been applicable since 1860; it’s been dormant because the country is ruled by an alternative government with the illusion that the original constitutional republic is still in place.  Furthermore, the constitution in its original form was for the purpose of limiting government and providing the sovereign states more control.  Additionally, the Congress was created so that one man, a President, could not usurp power away from the people and do as he pleased. 

Finally, I cannot believe that Judge Napolitano does not already know these facts.

People Are So Outraged At Coca-Cola’s Holiday Cans That It’s Abandoning Them After Just One Month

Coca-Cola tried to revive its polar bear mascot with a wintry white can design for Coca-Cola Classic, but just one month after launch, it’s abandoning the project and reverting to red, reports Mike Esterl at the Wall Street Journal.

Why? Three reasons:

1. Some consumers are confusing the packaging with Diet Coke’s similar silver cans.

2. Others swear that the drink tastes different when in a white can.

3. Coke’s most ardent fans find the change in color blasphemous.

Coke frequently features special edition holiday cans, but this was the first time it had ever strayed from its usual red for Coca-Cola Classic. It probably won’t ever try it again.

This change wasn’t anything near the New Coke debacle back in 1985, yet it evoked the same sort of strong feelings among the brand’s fans. They don’t approve of change, and to appease them, Coke must taste and look like Coke always has.

And it goes to show that packaging — especially for such a massively powerful brand like Coke with such fanatical followers — matters deeply.

Twenty Examples of the Obama Administration Assault on Domestic Civil Liberties

The Obama administration has affirmed, continued and expanded almost all of the draconian domestic civil liberties intrusions pioneered under the Bush administration. Here are twenty examples of serious assaults on the domestic rights to freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of association, the right to privacy, the right to a fair trial, freedom of religion, and freedom of conscience that have occurred since the Obama administration has assumed power. Consider these and then decide if there is any fundamental difference between the Bush presidency and the Obama presidency in the area of domestic civil liberties.

Patriot Act

On May 27, 2011, President Obama, over widespread bipartisan objections, approved a Congressional four year extension of controversial parts of the Patriot Act that were set to expire. In March of 2010, Obama signed a similar extension of the Patriot Act for one year. These provisions allow the government, with permission from a special secret court, to seize records without the owner’s knowledge, conduct secret surveillance of suspicious people who have no known ties to terrorist groups and to obtain secret roving wiretaps on people.

Criminalization of Dissent and Militarization of the Police

Anyone who has gone to a peace or justice protest in recent years has seen it – local police have been turned into SWAT teams, and SWAT teams into heavily armored military. Officer Friendly or even Officer Unfriendly has given way to police uniformed like soldiers with SWAT shields, shin guards, heavy vests, military helmets, visors, and vastly increased firepower. Protest police sport ninja turtle-like outfits and are accompanied by helicopters, special tanks, and even sound blasting vehicles first used in Iraq. Wireless fingerprint scanners first used by troops in Iraq are now being utilized by local police departments to check motorists. Facial recognition software introduced in war zones is now being used in Arizona and other jurisdictions. Drones just like the ones used in Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan are being used along the Mexican and Canadian borders. These activities continue to expand under the Obama administration.

Wiretaps

Wiretaps for oral, electronic or wire communications, approved by federal and state courts, are at an all-time high. Wiretaps in year 2010 were up 34% from 2009, according to the Administrative Office of the US Courts.

 

 

Criminalization of Speech

Muslims in the US have been targeted by the Obama Department of Justice for inflammatory things they said or published on the internet. First Amendment protection of freedom of speech, most recently stated in a 1969 Supreme Court decision, Brandenberg v Ohio, says the government cannot punish inflammatory speech, even if it advocates violence unless it is likely to incite or produce such action. A Pakistani resident legally living in the US was indicted by the DOJ in September 2011 for uploading a video on YouTube. The DOJ said the video was supportive of terrorists even though nothing on the video called for violence. In July 2011, the DOJ indicted a former Penn State student for going onto websites and suggesting targets and for providing a link to an explosives course already posted on the internet.

Domestic Government Spying on Muslim Communities

In activities that offend freedom of religion, freedom of speech, and several other laws, the NYPD and the CIA have partnered to conduct intelligence operations against Muslim communities in New York and elsewhere. The CIA, which is prohibited from spying on Americans, works with the police on “human mapping”, commonly known as racial and religious profiling to spy on the Muslim community. Under the Obama administration, the Associated Press reported in August 2011, informants known as “mosque crawlers,” monitor sermons, bookstores and cafes.

Top Secret America

In July 2010, the Washington Post released “Top Secret America,” a series of articles detailing the results of a two year investigation into the rapidly expanding world of homeland security, intelligence and counter-terrorism. It found 1,271 government organizations and 1,931 private companies work on counterterrorism, homeland security and intelligence at about 10,000 locations across the US. Every single day, the National Security Agency intercepts and stores more than 1.7 billion emails, phone calls and other types of communications. The FBI has a secret database named Guardian that contains reports of suspicious activities filed from federal, state and local law enforcement. According to the Washington Post Guardian contained 161,948 files as of December 2009. From that database there have been 103 full investigations and at least five arrests the FBI reported. The Obama administration has done nothing to cut back on the secrecy.

Other Domestic Spying

U.S. Fusion Centers

There are at least 72 fusion centers across the US which collect local domestic police information and merge it into multi-jurisdictional intelligence centers, according to recent report by the ACLU. These centers share information from federal, state and local law enforcement and some private companies to secretly spy on Americans. These all continue to grow and flourish under the Obama administration.

Abusive FBI Intelligence Operations

The Electronic Frontier Foundation documented thousands of violations of the law by FBI intelligence operations from 2001 to 2008 and estimate that there are over 4000 such violations each year. President Obama issued an executive order to strengthen the Intelligence Oversight Board, an agency which is supposed to make sure the FBI, the CIA and other spy agencies are following the law. No other changes have been noticed.

Wikileaks

The publication of US diplomatic cables by Wikileaks and then by main stream news outlets sparked condemnation by Obama administration officials who said the publication of accurate government documents was nothing less than an attack on the United States. The Attorney General announced a criminal investigation and promised “this is not saber rattling.” Government officials warned State Department employees not to download the publicly available documents. A State Department official and Columbia officials warned students that discussing Wikileaks or linking documents to social networking sites could jeopardize their chances of getting a government job, a position that lasted several days until reversed by other Columbia officials. At the time this was written, the Obama administration continued to try to find ways to prosecute the publishers of Wikileaks.

Censorship of Books by the CIA

In 2011, the CIA demanded extensive cuts from a memoir by former FBI agent Ali H. Soufan, in part because it made the agency look bad. Soufan’s book detailed the use of torture methods on captured prisoners and mistakes that led to 9-11. Similarly, a 2011 book on interrogation methods by former CIA agent Glenn Carle was subjected to extensive black outs. The CIA under the Obama administration continues its push for censorship.

Blocking Publication of Photos of U.S. Soldiers Abusing Prisoners

In May 2009, President Obama reversed his position of three weeks earlier and refused to release photos of US soldiers abusing prisoners. In April 2009, the US Department of Defense told a federal court that it would release the photos. The photos were part of nearly 200 criminal investigations into abuses by soldiers.

Technological Spying

The Bay Area Transit System, in August 2011, hearing of rumors to protest against fatal shootings by their police, shut down cell service in four stations. Western companies sell email surveillance software to repressive regimes in China, Libya and Syria to use against protestors and human rights activists. Surveillance cameras monitor residents in high crime areas, street corners and other governmental buildings. Police department computers ask for and receive daily lists from utility companies with addresses and names of every home address in their area. Computers in police cars scan every license plate of every car they drive by. The Obama administration has made no serious effort to cut back these new technologies of spying on citizens.

Use of “State Secrets” to Shield Government and Others from review

When the Bush government was caught hiring private planes from a Boeing subsidiary to transport people for torture to other countries, the Bush administration successfully asked the federal trial court to dismiss a case by detainees tortured because having a trial would disclose “state secrets” and threaten national security. When President Obama was elected, the state secrets defense was reaffirmed in arguments before a federal appeals court. It continues to be a mainstay of the Obama administration effort to cloak their actions and the actions of the Bush administration in secrecy.

In another case, it became clear in 2005 that the Bush FBI was avoiding the Fourth Amendment requirement to seek judicial warrants to get telephone and internet records by going directly to the phone companies and asking for the records. The government and the companies, among other methods of surveillance, set up secret rooms where phone and internet traffic could be monitored. In 2008, the government granted the companies amnesty for violating the privacy rights of their customers. Customers sued anyway. But the Obama administration successfully argued to the district court, among other defenses, that disclosure would expose state secrets and should be dismissed. The case is now on appeal.

Material Support

The Obama administration successfully asked the US Supreme Court not to apply the First Amendment and to allow the government to criminalize humanitarian aid and legal activities of people providing advice or support to foreign organizations which are listed on the government list as terrorist organizations. The material support law can now be read to penalize people who provide humanitarian aid or human rights advocacy. The Obama administration Solicitor General argued to the court “when you help Hezbollah build homes, you are also helping Hezbollah build bombs.” The Court agreed with the Obama argument that national security trumps free speech in these circumstances.

Chicago Anti-war Grand Jury Investigation

In September 2010, FBI agents raided the homes of seven peace activists in Chicago, Minneapolis and Grand Rapids seizing computers, cell phones, passports, and records. More than 20 anti-war activists were issued federal grand jury subpoenas and more were questioned across the country. Some of those targeted were members of local labor unions, others members of organizations like the Arab American Action Network, the Columbia Action Network, the Twin Cities Anti-War Campaign and the Freedom Road Socialist Organization. Many were active internationally and visited resistance groups in Columbia and Palestine. Subpoenas directed people to bring anything related to trips to Columbia, Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Israel or the Middle East. In 2011, the home of a Los Angeles activist was raided and he was questioned about his connections with the September 2010 activists. All of these investigations are directed by the Obama administration.

Punishing Whistleblowers

The Obama administration has prosecuted five whistleblowers under the Espionage Act, more than all the other administrations in history put together. They charged a National Security Agency advisor with ten felonies under the Espionage Act for telling the press that government eavesdroppers were wasting hundreds of millions of dollars on misguided and failed projects. After their case collapsed, the government, which was chastised by the federal judge as engaging in unconscionable conduct allowed him to plead to a misdemeanor and walk. The administration has also prosecuted former members of the CIA, the State Department, and the FBI. They even tried to subpoena a journalist and one of the lawyers for the whistleblowers.

Bradley Manning

Army private Bradley Manning is accused of leaking thousands of government documents to Wikileaks. These documents expose untold numbers of lies by US government officials, wrongful killings of civilians, policies to ignore torture in Iraq, information about who is held at Guantanamo, cover ups of drone strikes and abuse of children and much more damaging information about US malfeasance. Though Daniel Ellsberg and other whistleblowers say Bradley is an American hero, the US government has jailed him and is threatening him with charges of espionage which may be punished by the death penalty. For months Manning was held in solitary confinement and forced by guards to sleep naked. When asked about how Manning was being held, President Obama personally defended the conditions of his confinement saying he had been assured they were appropriate and meeting our basic standards.

Solitary Confinement

At least 20,000 people are in solitary confinement in US jails and prisons, some estimate several times that many. Despite the fact that federal, state and local prisons and jails do not report actual numbers, academic research estimates tens of thousands are kept in cells for 23 to 24 hours a day in supermax units and prisons, in lockdown, in security housing units, in “the hole”, and in special management units or administrative segregation. Human Rights Watch reports that one-third to one-half of the prisoners in solitary are likely mentally ill. In May 2006, the UN Committee on Torture concluded that the United States should “review the regimen imposed on detainees in supermax prisons, in particular, the practice of prolonged isolation.” The Obama administration has taken no steps to cut back on the use of solitary confinement in federal, state or local jails and prisons.

Special Administrative Measures

Special Administrative Measures (SAMS) are extra harsh conditions of confinement imposed on prisoners (including pre-trial detainees) by the Attorney General. The U.S. Bureau of Prisons imposes restrictions such segregation and isolation from all other prisoners, and limitation or denial of contact with the outside world such as: no visitors except attorneys, no contact with news media, no use of phone, no correspondence, no contact with family, no communication with guards, 24 hour video surveillance and monitoring. The DOJ admitted in 2009 that several dozen prisoners, including several pre-trial detainees, mostly Muslims, were kept incommunicado under SAMS. If anything, the use of SAMS has increased under the Obama administration.

These twenty concrete examples document a sustained assault on domestic civil liberties in the United States under the Obama administration. Rhetoric aside, how different has Obama been from Bush in this area?

What IS your country? Is it a representation of your hopes and dreams, fostering liberty and providing a healthy way of life? Does it protect you from harm and nurture you rather than exploit you? Does it treat you fairly? Isn’t that what you voted for? Isn’t that why you love your country?

Or did you vote for endless wars all over the world that don’t actually benefit the American people? Unless you’re a moron, you know if you voted at all you voted for war, then smiled superficially at the vote counters and lied to yourself on the way home.

People all over the world are simultaneously waking up to the fact that all of their authority structures are corrupt control mechanisms of the very rich, who do not allow us to participate in their schemes. These insiders run our plantation planet and are about a hundred years ahead of us. Small wonder we can’t figure anything out. But what we can figure out is exactly what they’re doing. And stop them.

What moral American can truly believe in this sorry sequence of invasion wars meant to reduce the entire Islamic world into smoking rubble and its inhabitants into starving Palestinians? Is this savage panic due to Muslim demographics that will simply overwhelm the white industrial world in a matter of a few years? Is it the frantic last gasp of the formerly alpha ethnicity, whipped up into calls for brown-skinned genocide by totally insane pseudoreligious freaks?

All of America’s wars right now are both criminal and unjustifiable, you must know that by now, all constructed on the false flag pretense of 9/11.

Too bad all of America’s police forces work for the rich, because all major American leaders of the 21st century need to be arrested, tried and convicted for profound crimes against humanity, and most especially against their own people.

Trashing more countries than you know with remote control drones, poisoning its own citizens with demonic medical practices and airborne carcinogens, and lying about everything they do — not for the benefit of the American people — but for the benefit of their masters who suck all the money of the world into the Jewish death machine. Don’t tell me that these guys are not Jewish. You’d be showing the ignorance that is probably going to cost you your life, if it already hasn’t.

They hide the pictures of their slaughter in the same way they won’t let us see the caskets of our soldiers coming home in boxes, while the sobbing population dries their tears with caustic, synthetic flags. Most Americans all cringe in fear at the spectacle of a totally disingenuous government attacking so-called terrorists in all corners of the world that the U.S., Britain and Israel have planted there themselves. Americans don’t dare say what they feel, fearing they will lose everything they have, not knowing they’ve already lost it.

Al-Qaeda is the perfect enemy, one that keeps being reinvented every day as the vehicle for our servitude. We’re all either prisoners or guards now. You get to pick which side you’re on, and swallow hard either way. The money’s with the guards, but the truth is with the prisoners. I think it has always been that way, but never for stakes as high as this.

You’re either with the lie or against it. And it’s surprising who winds up where.

Listening to a wonderful video of retired Alaska Sen. Mike Gravel reminded me that there are decent people in the government and across America who know what’s going on and are afraid to speak the truth. The thing Americans should feel most about America at this time is shame.

I have told many people over time that using pen names and trying to remain anonymous actually sabotages your own credibility, and more importantly, damages the chances for a real, unsabotaged, honorable Jew-free coalition to take the reins from the hands of our pathological perpetrators. We all know there’s only way to do that — by removing their financial hegemony, by vaporizing their financial platform that is the source of, after four hundred years or so, ALL of the world’s social ailments.

When you don’t use your real name to sign what you write, you are telling everyone you don’t believe what you are yourself saying. You can use any kind of excuse to explain why you won’t use your name, but it’s a subliminal message to everyone that you cannot be believed. And shouldn’t be.

We must know they won’t relinquish power. No one who has it ever does. Therefore, what remnant of courageous American men remains in this defiled age must take it from them, with honor and with honesty.

The Judaic philosophy of the strong taking from the weak — and bathing people in blood — is demonstrably insane, yet it guides the world toward its ruination.

That we have been unable to identify this horrific Hidden Hand that has guided all the major political events of our lifetimes and long before is due to the same people committing these colossal crimes have control of all the media by which we orient ourselves to our lives and our society.

I remember my mother in the 1950s getting all her information from the Saturday Evening Post, CBS news and Reader’s Digest that led us all to believe that we lived in a miraculously placid world, except for a few malicious bandits in countries we never heard of. Today it’s an 18-year-old white girl toting a cashew colored baby on a skateboard rolling toward the food stamp office while checking out the world on Twitter and Facebook. Such a long ride into irrelevance that America has taken.

There are no countries anymore. Everybody knows it. There are only financial sectors, geographic markets, and everywhere, casinos masquerading as investment houses, right next to the pizza parlors selling heroin in the back room.

And an array of torpid, preprogrammed mannikins posing as presidential candidates all saying the same thing: “First, we have to pay down the deficit!” The kind of person who takes these goons seriously is the enemy of every human being on the planet.

The answer of the vast majority of Americans would be: “No we don’t,” after which they should query: “We want to know who stole our money.”

The list, starting with the Queen, the World Bank criminals, and Jewish moneylenders now and throughout history, is long. But even today, most people never ask why they never see real stories in the newspaper about real subjects, most notably who controls our lives. You see, all the newspapers are owned by the people who control our lives. And these people are all immune from laws that keep the rest of us in chains.

The protests on Wall Street and around the world never mention Jews, which is a sure sign they’re fake. We can’t fix this system without arresting and punishing the people who set it up.

The leaders of every religion on this planet have utterly failed all of us, because they are the only ones who could stop this continuous carnage, but like so many of the rest of our so-called leaders, they have succumbed — the finances of the Catholic church are controlled by the Rothschilds — to the blandishments of luxury and the poison of perversion, making them the perfectly controllable mass assassins they all turn out to be.

The failure of our religions is especially tragic because it is the element of morality that is most needed in international diplomacy to right the sinking ship of human society. But these religions are sandbagged by their own drive to commercial credibility with a product that is demonstrably unsound (evidenced by the 1700 years of bloodshed it has precipitated and approved of — converting the natives, they called it, but they left most of them to the buzzards).

It is becoming clear to all but the blindest that the morality they preach is a lie. And that’s why we have the world that we do.

There is no international terror threat, except from the Jewish bankers and Western intelligence services who, following Zbigniew Brzezinski’s entree with the Mujaheddin in Afghanistan, manufactured this ubiquitous, worldwide terror threat. How few Americans realize that the notorious Taliban are secret Jews, the notorious fifth column of Islam, offshoot of the sinister Wahhabi sect of Islam which the Saudi royal family hides behind as a smokescreen for their sadistic rule and disgusting deals with the Western oil kingpins?

How can this beautiful world, filled with so many miraculous people, be so ensnared by a colossal financial shell game that now promises to vaporize everything they’ve ever built in vast sheets of nuclear flame and poison air? Is it simply a case of humanity strangling on its own greed?

Where is the disconnect between our highest goals, which are inevitably modeled on the love of our children, and this heartburn soap opera we call our political reality, where we have stupidly traded our fear of the unknown for this continuing multi trillion dollar robbery of everyone without a single lawman ever asking a question (just like they did on 9/11)?

When law and morality collide, you have to choose. Not choosing is choosing the law. Choosing is choosing morality. Most people don’t choose. That’s why both the law, and the world, are immoral.

History is the path of least resistance. Any explanation will suffice to justify crime. I’ve said for years the world is not run by historical events, it’s run by spin — the purposefully false versions of these events. Everyone agrees that mainstream history is patently false in every instance, because it is written by the villains perpetrating the hoaxes.

By not acting to expose these lies you are helping to perpetuate them. And that, my friends, is definitely not in your long term interests.

A real government, the one we thought we had, puts families first. This government we have now, the one completely taken over by the Jews in 1913 and plundered ever since, has spent the last hundred years trying to destroy every family on Earth, and has just about succeeded.

They talk about the human family, and then run the place like a business. No wonder the world is bankrupt. We know what the problem is.

Like I always say, every person on this earth knows the difference between right and wrong. It’s just that not every person can tell the truth.

For an American to tell the truth about America today is risking a possibly endless jail sentence. The only way this threat can be neutralized is for everyone to admit the truth now, before it’s too late, the truth that the greatest threat to peace in the world and life on this planet is this Jewish American war machine, whose endless crimes and debaucheries definitely do not benefit the American people it pretends to serve.

And once you admit the truth, to put these people in jail, where they belong, for all the money they’ve deliberately stolen and the people they’ve deliberately killed.
