The UN Arms Trade Treaty that has been identified by observers as a flagrant threat to the second amendment and which Barack Obama is determined to sign has its roots in a 1961 State Department memorandum which explains how the United Nations will oversee “complete disarmament” of the American people under the ruse of preventing war.

The UN Arms Treaty has caused so much controversy because it outlines a plan to target “all types of conventional weapons, notably including small arms and light weapons,” according to Forbes’ Larry Bell.

Former US Ambassador to the UN John Bolton also warns that the agreement “is trying to act as though this is really just a treaty about international arms trade between nation states, but there is no doubt that the real agenda here is domestic firearms control.”

A letter sent last month by 130 Republican House members to President Obama argued that the treaty should be rejected because it infringes on the “fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms”. The letter adds that “…the U.N.’s actions to date indicate that the ATT is likely to pose significant threats to our national security, foreign policy, and economic interests as well as our constitutional rights.”

Using the rhetoric of the threat post by terrorists, insurgents and “international crime syndicates,” the UN is busy trying to imply that all weapons are somehow involved in illegal activity on a global scale and should therefore be controlled and regulated by a global authority.

This is precisely the same language used in a 1961 U.S. State Department briefing which outlined a long term agenda to carry out a “Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World.”

Invoking the threat of nuclear warfare, the document spells out a plan to create a “United Nations Peace Force” that would “enforce the peace as the disarmament process proceeds.”

While the document initially focuses on scrapping nuclear weapons, it later makes it clear that the only groups allowed to own weapons of any kind would be governing authorities, “for the purpose of maintaining internal order,” and the UN “peacekeeping” force itself, which would require “agreed manpower.”

“The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the U.N. Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order. All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes,” states the document.

While the memorandum outlines a broader mandate to destroy national sovereignty, eviscerate national armies and institute the UN as the planet’s supreme authority with a world army, the document serves as a stark reminder that the plan for the United Nations to oversee the abolition of the second amendment has been in the works for decades.

As Bell points out in his Forbes article, the threat of the Obama administration relying on a UN treaty to do what successive administrations have tried but failed to accomplish – taking a huge bite out of the second amendment – is by no means far fetched.

After all, a plethora of UN treaties and international agreements have already stripped the United States of its sovereignty and its power to decide its own laws. The power to authorize U.S. involvement in wars and conflicts has now been almost completely stripped from Congress and handed to the United Nations.

Following Barack Obama’s arrogant rebuff of Congress in seeking approval to strike Libya, during which he churlishly remarked, “I don’t even have to get to the Constitutional question,” Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta affirmed that the U.S. now requires “international permission” before deciding on its military policy.

Other Obama-endorsed UN power grabs like the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) as well as Agenda 21 and sustainable development are also serving to decimate national sovereignty and remain almost completely under the radar.

You only need to look at the European Union, which now crafts around 50 per cent of the laws made in member states like Britain, to understand how unelected global institutions can and have dictated policy on a national level.

The UN Arms Trade Treaty presents an existential threat to the guns rights of American citizens and should be rejected for what it is – yet another attempt by the Obama administration, in the aftermath of the Fast and Furious scandal, to abolish the second amendment by stealth.

Codex Alimentarius: UN Food Securitization Scheme

WW~Notes: My apologies for the lack of blog posts; I’ve been sick with sinus problems, then I suffered a Grand Mal seizure last week which was a reaction to medication I take daily.  I’m trying to get back on track and there is a considerable amount of information to plow through.  So, please bear with me.

In 2008, using the toxic industrial chemical melamine in liquid infant formula, 6 babies died while more than 303,000 became deathly ill from exposure in China. At the time, the UN Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) had allowed for the maximum limit of 1 milligram per kilogram of formula. Now the CAC has revised that maximum to 0.15 millgrams per kilogram of formula.

Melamine is a dangerous chemical used in the manufacturing of dishes and kitchen cooking-ware. The Chinese used the chemical in a watered-down solution in infant formula under the guise that it tested positive for protein enrichment. However, using a man-made chemical in consumptive sources does not make sense when nutritional value is a concern.

Chinese rice and wheat gluten also contain melamine and was found in concentrations of dangerous levels when pet food exported from the region was tested in 2007. The cats and dogs that ate the food died from kidney failure, says WHO.

Reports have also concluded that melamine has caused the development of kidney stones and other kidney damage in adults.

The CAC is a UN intergovernmental body made up of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the World Health Organization (WHO), 170 international governmental representatives ; including the European Commission. Under the CAC, the UN seeks to take over food prices internationally by controlling food trade and reforming consumer health.

They oversee international food standards and make sure that government implement them with the influence of non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Right now, in Rome, Italy, the CAC are having their 35th Session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission. On their agenda is the Draft Codex Strategic Plan 2014-2019 where the CAC are developing a “science-based and globally applicable international standards for food and promote use of these standards by countries.”

At the meeting, the CAC decided on maximum uses of the toxic chemical ractopamine, an MRLs, which enhances the leanness of livestock meat. Separate permits for beef and pork will be established to “take down any trade barriers caused by an improper ban on the use of ractopamine,” according to US representatives.

Imported beef into the US contains residue of ractopamine.

The CAC is priming themselves to be the “effective, inclusive, and trusted global leader in setting food standards” where they will have complete control over “food safety, quality, and food trade”. In conjunction with WHO and the FAO, the CAC will have exclusive oversight “to track progress toward [the] accomplishment of the goals” of the UN to securitize food globally.

Between 2014 – 2019 the Strategic Plan of the CAC is intended to be fully implemented by international mandate “to meet the needs” of their stakeholders and members. The specifics of the Strategic Plan, adopted by resolution by WHO will be enforced by the UN agency. FAO will be tasked with “[improving] quality and safety for food at all stage of the food chain.”

CAC believes that with population growth, climate change and “the growing demand for food” four strategic goals must be implemented with the global vision reflected by:

• UN standards on food
• Based on science
• Demanded participation of the international community

The CAC exclusively bases their food standards on scientific developments to protect public health and the global food trade. By exchanging financial support from member states for scientific research and development to ensure that food be created for the consumption of developing nations.

In these developing countries, the CAC demands participation by financial blackmail with monies from the Codex Trust Fund. They promote governmental allowance of UN programs and structures in line with sustainable national funding by the UN.

Earlier this year, President Obama announced that Codex Alimentarius would be the foundation of his new initiative to merge the pharmaceutical corporations and the US government to identify new uses for drugs that have already been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

It was admitted that:

• There may be need for new human trials, putting the general public at a health risk
• Genetic engineering will be used to discover exclusive pharmaceutical needs for all new and old diseases
• Vitamin supplement industry will be systematically phased out

Obama’s executive order Establishing the National Prevention, Health Promotion and Public Health Council in 2010 which empowered the CAC to enact their international food standards in the US.

The US Senate gave their approval of this UN takeover of our food, vitamins and medicinal substances with the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act, S. 3187. This allows the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to charge “user fees” to drug corporations to create what they call “safety and efficiency reviews”. After the pharmaceutical companies quietly buy their FDA approved reviews, their drugs are given the green light and introduced into the general public. This financial relationship with the US government and the drug corporations, in conjunction with the UN, is a deception that will lead to declines in health and well-being of the general public.

But, remember, this is what this scheme was designed to do. The global Elite want 90% of the world’s population dead because a small group is easier to control.

U.S. Will Sign Gun Control Treaty July 27, 2012

The Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) Conference is convening at United Nations Headquarters in New York on 2 – 27 July 2012. Negotiations will be conducted “to elaborate a legally binding instrument on the highest possible common international standards for the transfer of conventional arms.” Its stated objective is to regulate arms trade to the greatest degree possible; its sinister true purpose is global gun bans, and the disarmament of free peoples!

This binding instrument will be under U.N. Control, carried out by the 193 Member States of the U.N. In addition, hundreds of representatives from NGOs (non-governmental organizations), public interest groups, the arms industry, media and inter-governmental organizations will attend.

The bleeding heart, anti-gun, disarmament propaganda is rife:

“From 2-27 July, all countries of the world will come together in New York to negotiate what is seen as the most important initiative ever regarding conventional arms regulation within the United Nations. A robust arms trade treaty can make a difference for millions of people confronted with insecurity, deprivation and fear.”

Indeed, the entire enterprise of ostensible U.N. Small arms “regulation” actually runs under the auspices of UNODA, the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs…

But surely you were in no confusion about the real agenda behind the ATT, the U.N. Small Arms Treaty, and the vital and urgent necessity to SHUT DOWN Obama Administration promotion of United States ratification of this coming-like-a-freight-train disarmament treaty?

If you WERE, here’s news. UNODA just released their press kit for the ATT conference, and it is a doozy. Included is a lengthy paper by the U.N.’s Coordinating Action on Small Arms (CASA) program entitled “The Impact of Poorly Regulated Arms Transfers on the Work of the U.N.”

This paper claims, as does the ATT itself, that the big problem with “arms violence” the world faces is a lack of agreed standards on arms transfers. Nonsense, of course:

One big problem the world faces in this regard is that many U.N. Member states are despotisms, dictatorships, supporters of terrorists, or simply incapable of controlling their own borders.

But the CASA paper insists that the job of the U.N. Is to make the case for a very broad treaty. As CASA puts it, “Advocacy efforts should be developed…through relevant reports and op-eds, messages, and statements at relevant meetings and to the press.” Here comes the U.S. Taxpayer-funded U.N. Propaganda!

Ominously, the ATT repeatedly ALSO signals that “the problem” is as much lawful ownership as it is the international arms trade. And although the U.N. Keeps protesting on the one hand that it “does not aim to impede or interfere with the lawful ownership and use of weapons” within member states, this CASA paper bluntly states that “United Nations agencies have come across many situations in which various types of conventional weapons have been…misused by lawful owners” and that the “arms trade must therefore be regulated in ways that would…minimize the risk of misuse of legally owned weapons.”

And just how, pray tell, would the ATT do that if it doesn’t “impede” or “interfere” with lawful ownership?

Clearly, those negotiating the U.N. Gun Treaty aren’t just concerned with lawful ownership; they are also campaigning against “community attitudes” that “contribute to the powerful cultural conditioning that equates masculinity with owning and using a gun, and regards gun misuse by men as acceptable.”

All this just further confirms that the U.N. Regards gun ownership – even under national constitutional protection and for lawful activities – as a dangerous cultural failure that it needs to redress under global governance, by international treaty that trumps our U.S. Constitution. The ATT will NOT abide the principle that self-defense is an inherent right, and our Second Amendment guarantees ARE DEEPLY IMPERILED BY THE U.N. GUN TREATY!

This strong emerging evidence further proves that the ostensible objectives of the U.N. Small Arms Treaty are mere camouflage, and the real purpose IS stealth gun control to gut our Second Amendment rights! STOP Obama from wasting millions of American tax dollars on negotiations to empower gun-grabbing globalists!

And according to additional analysis by the Heritage Foundation, if passed the U.N. Gun Treaty, officially titled the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) WILL INCREASE THE THREAT OF ARMED TERRORISM despite its proclaimed purpose to reduce the ability of terrorists to acquire weapons!

While the United Nations’ ATT has never focused exclusively on terrorism (after all, they want to grab YOUR guns more than anything else), terrorism is among the most often cited justifications for negotiating this international civilian disarmament.
Take the U.N. General Assembly’s Resolution 64/48, adopted on January 12, 2010, for example. It states that: “problems relating to the unregulated trade in conventional weapons… can fuel instability, transnational organized crime and terrorism.” Then on April 16 of this year, Assistant Secretary of State Thomas Countryman said that an ATT would “help prevent the acquisition of arms by terrorists and criminals.”

Sounds nice, doesn’t it? Well, don’t be fooled. This is just part of a SHAM to pull the wool over YOUR eyes and the eyes of every other legal gun owner in America.

Not only has the blithering United Nations never defined terrorism – but a definition of terrorism wouldn’t matter anyway, Heritage Foundation analysis reveals. “The ATT cannot prevent nations from arming terrorists if nations do not agree on who the terrorists are, or on what constitutes terrorism.”

YOU READ THAT RIGHT! The United Nations Arms Trade Treaty is so feckless and phony, it fails to identify terrorism, or even try to define it, never mind commit to its prevention! The ATT’s alleged purpose is a SHAM, A FRONT TO GRAB YOUR GUNS – NOT STOP TERRORISM! Let’s not forget, insofar as the dysfunctional U.N. is capable of ANY meaningful efforts, the Security Council has already “addressed” this issue!

Despite its pathetic, moral-relativist inability to agree on a definition of terrorism – in the aftermath of 9/11, U.N. Security Council Resolution 1373 passed unanimously on September 8, 2001 requiring ALL U.N. members to “take action against terrorism,” including “eliminating the supply of weapons to terrorists.”

The Security Council, which supposedly exists to maintain international peace and security, even has the authority to back up its resolutions using armed force – unlike the ATT, which will be based on national implementation with no means of enforcement whatsoever.

So, what possible need is there for yet another U.N. initiative on such contentious matters (“one government’s terrorist is another government’s freedom fighter”)? Why bother with the upcoming negotiations at a conference to be held July 2-27 in New York? Why chance increasing the risk of armed terrorism? …Because the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty isn’t about terrorism at all.
It’s about disarming civilians like you.

THE THUGS AT THE UN ARE UNSUSTAINABLE!

The United Nations in fact regularly legitimizes “approved” terrorism and their declarations regularly contain legalese to the effect that the U.N. recognizes “the right of self-determination of all peoples, taking into account the particular situation of peoples under colonial or other forms of alien domination or foreign occupation.”

This even applies to the U.S. and our allied presence in Iraq and Afghanistan, to justify the so-called “rights” of Hamas, Hezbollah, the Taliban, al-Queda factions and other mass-murdering terrorist groups to attack the United States of America and our foreign allies…

If the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty passes and contains – as it no doubt will – language to this effect, any “nation” or “liberation movement” that wishes to assist a terrorist organization could claim the right of all people to realize their self-determination against a government that did not respect this right – and the U.N. could do nothing about countries arming terrorist organizations to the gills!

The utter lack of enforcement muscle, failure of focus and absence of overall commitment by the U.N. to fight terrorism (as this treaty is falsely touted to do) proves this whole U.N. Arms Trade Treaty business is nothing more than a political scheme and façade to disarm American citizens. It is a dangerous, duplicitous Trojan horse imperiling our Second Amendment rights, and a waste of time, effort and our tax dollars in the fight against terrorism!

The obsolete UN failed their only charter from 68 years ago. It was for world peace. Isn’t that a laugh! They do not ever account for how all their billions are spent. Whistleblowers mysteriously jump off their buildings.

Now, we know the U.N. must appear ever-busy with meetings and conferences in order to ‘justify’ their paychecks in the eyes of taxpayers like you. After all, without funding from your U.S. tax dollrs, the United Nations would cease to exist, just like negotiations for the Arms Trade Treaty, or ‘Small Arms Treaty’ if you prefer, would cease to exist if ONLY our elected representatives would act!

Congress needs to ENACT legislation banning the use of taxpayer funds for U.N. They seek war and chaos never peace. They now seek remove our sovereignty and our 2nd amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

Keep the pressure on Washington to ENDORSE AND ENFORCE the REHBERG AMENDMENT of H.R. 2827 and the Second Amendment Sovereignty Act, S. 2205, in the Senate – and secure our Right to Arms!

When passed H.R. 2827 and S. 2205 will prohibit this current anti-gun rights ploy in the U.N., as well as block all future presidents from using “the voice, vote, and influence of the United States, in connection with negotiations for a United Nations Arms Trade Treaty, to restrict in any way the rights of United States citizens under the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, or to otherwise regulate domestic manufacture, assembly, possession, use, transfer, or purchase of firearms, ammunition, or related items, including small arms, light weapons, or related materials.”

Only by preserving our gun rights can we be free in the breach to stand our ground against the freedom-crushing “laws” and federal tyranny that imperil us… loss of liberty, corruption, and overspending that has bankrupted our national economy and our own checking accounts.

Very soon the United Nations will begin negotiations on the bill that attempts to destroy our Second Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms AND bankrupt American gun manufacturers through costly regulation… UNLESS WE STOP IT NOW!

The proposed global “Small Arms Treaty” is cleverly premised to fight “terrorism,” “insurgency” and even “international crime syndicates” – but it goes much further…

In a nutshell, this is no less than an international gun-grab that works by overriding our national sovereignty.

The preliminary conferences and pre-meetings are already out of the way, and the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty Conference will be held July 2-27 in CLOSED SESSIONS in New York City UNLESS WE ACT NOW! To defend our constitutional freedoms, conservative U.S. Sens. Jerry Moran and Rand Paul have introduced the Second Amendment Sovereignty Act, S. 2205, on Capitol Hill. But they desperately need our help as the Senate is still controlled by Obama’s Leftwing zealots, who are intent on disarming America!

S. 2205 reads:
No funds may be obligated or expended to use the voice, vote, and influence of the United States, in connection with negotiations for a United Nations Arms Trade Treaty, to restrict in any way the rights of United States citizens under the second amendment to the Constitution of the United States, or to otherwise regulate domestic manufacture, assembly, possession, use, transfer, or purchase of firearms, ammunition, or related items, including small arms, light weapons, or related materials.

Make no mistake: If the U.N. Small Arms Treaty passes, our guns are GONE.

This bill to protect YOUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS FROM THE GLOBALISTS, SOCIALISTS AND ONE-WORLDER DISARMERS OF THE U.N. will not pass without YOUR support. • It must ensure that there are no loopholes by covering all types of transfers, including activities such as transit, trans-shipment, as well as loans and leases.”

Together, you and I MUST hold every elected official on Capitol Hill accountable for ensuring this abominable treaty IS NEVER RATIFIED by the United States – We MUST counter the anti-gun pressure taking over Capitol Hill, so right here and right now we need to get to work to fight the U.N. gun-grab!

Obama is keeping mum while on the campaign trail, but behind closed doors he and Hillary are working ‘Fast & Furious’ with the United Nations to destroy the Second Amendment for good. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced that the Obama administration is working “hand-in-glove with the United Nations” to pass this sickening gun-grabbing treaty that tramples on our Constitutional guarantee to keep and bear arms.

And don’t be fooled by noble pretenses. This drafted treaty has its sights set on using bureaucracy to target ALL conventional weapons and ALL ammunition – it targets free citizens, sports hunters and collectors along with the criminals.

Former United Nation’s ambassador John Bolton has cautioned gun owners about the Arms Trade Treaty and says the U.N. “is trying to act as though this is really just a treaty about international arms trade between nation states, but there’s no doubt that the real agenda here is domestic firearms control.”

I know I can count on you to tirelessly fight against the United Nations’ Small Arms Treaty, but we have to start fighting back against the anti-gun agenda before it gains more traction in the Left-controlled mainstream media. OBAMACARE: 15 Reasons Why It’s A Mind-Blowing Disaster For America

You can almost always count on the Supreme Court to do the wrong thing. In fact, just about every major decision by the U.S. Supreme Court over the last 40 years has been bad for America.

Many were hoping that the Supreme Court would strike down Obamacare, but the truth is that we all should have known better than to expect them to get something right.

So now America is headed for a complete and total disaster as Obamacare is fully implemented over the next several years.

Obamacare is going to absolutely shred the infrastructure of our medical system; it is going to send health insurance premiums soaring; it is going to dramatically expand the size and the scope of government; it is going to fundamentally alter the relationships between doctors and their patients, and it is one of the largest tax increases in U.S. history. Not only that, it is also going to add about a trillion dollars to our national debt over the next decade. So, no, the Obamacare decision is not good news. Obamacare was one of the worst pieces of legislation in American history, and now we are stuck with it.

It was a 5-4 decision to uphold Obamacare, and the swing vote was Chief Justice John Roberts who was appointed by George W. Bush.

After the vote, it is hard to have any faith in the U.S. Supreme Court. Many constitutional conservatives kept voting for Republicans in the hope that the direction of the Supreme Court would change, but it hasn’t.

Prior to the Obama administration, Republicans controlled the White House for 20 out of 28 years. If Republicans were going to fundamentally change the nature of the Supreme Court, that was their opportunity.

But it didn’t happen.

Instead, what we have is a Supreme Court that is dominated by judges that have very little respect for the U.S. Constitution. When I was in law school I got to study the Supreme Court pretty closely and I quickly realized that most of the time they simply do whatever they want to do and they make up whatever reasons they can to justify their decisions.

That sounds really bad, but that is the truth.

And thanks to the Supreme Court, we are stuck with Obamacare – at least for now.

The following are 15 reasons why the Obamacare decision is a mind blowing disaster for America….

#1 According to the U.S. Supreme Court, the federal government has the power to force you to buy private goods and services. Now that this door has been opened, what else will we be forced to buy in the future?

#2 Obamacare is another step away from individual liberty and another step toward a “nanny state” where the government dominates our lives from the cradle to the grave.

#3 The IRS is now going to be given the task of hunting down and penalizing millions of Americans that do not have any health insurance. In fact, the Obama administration has given the IRS 500 million extra dollars “outside the normal appropriations process” to help them enforce the provisions of Obamacare that they are in charge of overseeing.

#4 Obamacare imposes more than 20 new taxes on the American people. You can find a comprehensive list of Obamacare taxes right here. If you love paying higher taxes, then you are going to absolutely love Obamacare once it is fully implemented.

#5 In an attempt to “control costs” and “promote efficiency”, Obamacare limits the treatment options that doctors and patients can consider. This is likely to result in a decrease in life expectancy in the United States.

#6 Obamacare is going to impose nightmarish paperwork burdens on doctors, hospitals and the rest of the healthcare system. This is going to significantly increase our healthcare costs as a nation.

#7 Obamacare is going to send health insurance premiums soaring. This is especially true for younger Americans.

#8 Many small businesses are going to be absolutely crushed by the provisions in Obamacare that require them to provide expensive health insurance coverage for their employees. This is going to make them even less competitive with companies in other countries where businesses are not required to provide healthcare for their workers. This is also going to make it even less attractive for businesses to hire new employees.

#9 Obamacare is going to make the emerging doctor shortage in America a lot worse. Surveys have found that we could potentially see hundreds of thousands of doctors leave the medical profession because of Obamacare.

#10 Obamacare has already forced the cancellation of dozens of doctor-owned hospitals.

#11 Obamacare is going to result in a much bigger federal government. In order to fully implement all of the provisions of Obamacare, hordes of new government bureaucrats will be required.

#12 Thanks to Obamacare, you are going to have to wait much longer to see a doctor. Just look at what happened once Romneycare was implemented in Massachusetts….

In fact, we have already seen the start of this process in Massachusetts, where Mitt Romney’s health care reforms were nearly identical to President Obama’s. Romney’s reforms increased the demand for health care but did nothing to expand the supply of physicians. In fact, by cracking down on insurance premiums, Massachusetts pushed insurers to reduce their payments to providers, making it less worthwhile for doctors to expand their practices. As a result, the average wait to get an appointment with a doctor grew from 33 days to over 55 days.

#13 Obamacare contains all kinds of insidious little provisions that most people don’t even know about. The following is one example from the Alliance Defense Fund….

Did you know that with ObamaCare you will have to pay for life-saving drugs, but life-ending drugs are free. One hundred percent free. If this plan were really about health care wouldn’t it be the other way around?

#14 As if the U.S. government was not facing enough of a crisis with entitlement spending, it is being projected that Obamacare will add 16 million more Americans to the Medicaid rolls. You and I will be paying for all of this.

#15 The Congressional Budget Office estimates that Obamacare will add more than a trillion dollars to government spending over the next decade. Considering the fact that the U.S. government is already drowning in debt, how in the world can we afford this?

Location Of 63 Secret Killer Drone Bases Inside The US Revealed

The US has been forced to reveal the location of 63 secret bases used to conduct aerial drone flights for domestic spying operations.

A lawsuit has forced the FAA to reveal the location of 63 Secret Drone bases located inside the United States some of which will be the starting point for a massive deployment of airborne robots flying over the United States for spying on citizens which will eventually conduct targeted killings across the country.

While the information released shows an alarming number of bases being used for military and local law enforcement drones, perhaps the most startling revelation is that the United States is allowing Canadian Border Patrol Drones to operate across the Canadian border.

Odds are that the are many more drone bases inside the United States whose locations have been kept secret for various national security reasons and the lawsuit only forced the government to release the names and locations of permitted US drone operators.

That means that the type of drones – be they for targeted killing, guiding missiles, or general surveillance – and the number of drones at each location still remains a secret although the FAA says they plan on releasing such information at a later date.

Exposed: Location of sites where licenses have been granted for the use of drones within the U.S. There are 63 active sites based in 20 states. Red flags show active sites and blue show those locations where licenses have expired since 2006.

Unusual: The University of Connecticut – one of 19 educational institutions to own spy planes – is the drone site closest to New York City. The North East is the region with the highest concentration.

Concentration: The Beltway around Washington DC has the highest concentration of urban and suburban drone sites, including the U.S. Marine Corp base as Quantico Station, Virginia.

Florida: Mostly police and Sheriff departments are registered to use drones in the state.

Watch out Canada – Border agents are registered to use drones in North Dakota just a few hundred miles from Winnipeg Manitoba.

Remote: The University of Alaska’s drones are the most distant from any major urban centers. They are, however, the closest to Russia.Hotspot: Texas has one of the highest number of drone sites.West Coast: There are comparatively few drone sites in California and Western states.

FAA Releases Lists of Drone Certificates—Many Questions Left Unanswered

This week the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) finally released its first round of records in response to EFF’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit for information on the agency’s drone authorization program. The agency says the twolists it released include the names of all public and private entities that have applied for authorizations to fly drones domestically. These lists—which include the Certificates of Authorizations (COAs), issued to public entities like police departments, and the Special Airworthiness Certificates (SACs), issued to private drone manufacturers—show for the first time who is authorized to fly drones in the United States.

Some of the entities on the COA list are unsurprising. For example, journalists have reported that Customs and Border Protection uses Predator drones to patrol the borders. It is also well known that DARPA and other branches of the military are authorized to fly drones in the US. However, this is the first time we have seen the broad and varied list of other authorized organizations, including universities, police departments, and small towns and counties across the United States. The COA list includes universities and colleges like Cornell, the University of Colorado, Georgia Tech, and Eastern Gateway Community College, as well as police departments in North Little Rock, Arkansas; Arlington, Texas; Seattle, Washington; Gadsden, Alabama; and Ogden, Utah, to name just a few. The COA list also includes small cities and counties like Otter Tail, Minnesota and Herington, Kansas. The Google map linked above plots out the locations we were able to determine from the lists, and is color coded by whether the authorizations are active, expired or disapproved.

The second list we received includes all the manufacturers that have applied for authorizations to test-fly their drones. This list is less surprising and includes manufacturers like Honeywell, the maker of Miami-Dade’s T-Hawk drone; the huge defense contractor Raytheon; and General Atomics, the manufacturer of the Predator drone. This list also includes registration or “N” numbers,” serial numbers and model names, so it could be useful for determining when and where these drones are flying.

Unfortunately, these lists leave many questions unanswered. For example, the COA list does not include any information on which model of drone or how many drones each entity flies. In a meeting with the FAA today, the agency confirmed that there were about 300 active COAs and that the agency has issued about 700-750 authorizations since the program began in 2006. As there are only about 60 entities on the COA list, this means that many of the entities, if not all of them, have multiple COAs (for example, an FAA representative today said that University of Colorado may have had as many as 100 different COAs over the last six years). The list also does not explain why certain COA applications were “disapproved” and when other authorizations expired.

We raised these questions in our meeting with the FAA today and were assured the agency will release additional records with this important information soon. As we have written before and as Congressmen Markey and Barton (pdf) stated in their letter to the FAA today, drones pose serious implications for privacy, and the public should have all the information necessary to engage in informed debate over the incorporation of these devices into our daily lives. However, while we wait for additional information, these lists help to flesh out the picture of domestic drone use in the United States.

There are at least 63 active drone sites around the U.S, federal authorities have been forced to reveal following a landmark Freedom of Information lawsuit.

The unmanned planes – some of which may have been designed to kill terror suspects – are being launched from locations in 20 states.

Most of the active drones are deployed from military installations, enforcement agencies and border patrol teams, according to the Federal Aviation Authority.

But, astonishingly, 19 universities and colleges are also registered as owners of what are officially known as unmanned aerial vehicles.

It is thought that many of institutions, which include Cornell, the University of Colorado, Georgia Tech, and Eastern Gateway Community College, are developing drone technology.

There are also 21 mainstream manufacturers, such as General Atomics, who are registered to use drones domestically.

As well as active locations, the FAA also revealed 16 sites where licences to use spy planes have expired and four where authorizations have been disapproved, such as Otter Tail County, Minnesota.

The agency says it will release this data later.

Most of the drones are likely to be small craft, such as the Draganflyer X8, which can carry a payload of only 2.2lb.

Police, border patrols and environmental agencies, such as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), could use for them effectively.

While few would object to vast open areas being monitored for wildfires, there are fears of privacy violations if drones are used to spy over cities.

Other drones – likely to be operated only by the armed forces – might include the MQ-9 Reaper and the MQ-1 Predator, which was used to kill American Al Qaeda boss Anwar al-Awlaki in Yemen last September.

Ground Based Spy Sensors Across US To Assist NDAA Spy Drones
Tens of thousands of hidden ground based spy sensors disguised as rocks and other objects are being deployed to aid drones in identifying and tracking targets.
The deployment of 30,000 drones over U.S. skies will be aided by tens of thousands of high-tech hidden ground sensors that are being deployed across the nation.

Officially known as Unattended Ground Sensors these “field and forget” systems for “persistent surveillance” can be carefully disguised as rocks and other objects so they can be hidden in plain sight or they can even be buried in the ground.

The latest generation of these sensors offer advanced surveillance capabilities such as the ability to detect, identify and track people or vehicles while having only the slightest chance of ever being detected.

Engineered to run on solar power they can transmit information for decades directly to spy drones, satellites and other sophisticated surveillance devices.

The previous generation of these devices are already deployed in overseas in locations such as Afghanistan while the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol is currently using over 7,500 of the sensors  along the Mexican border to spot illegal migrants.

But defense contractors say the biggest market for these sensors will soon be inside the United States where a massive expansion of their use is planned as their new capabilities allow them to be directly integrated with the domestic drone fleet that is being deployed over the next decade.

This solar powered rock can spy on you for decades

Multiple defense contractors manufacturer a wide array of these ground sensors which all offer different operational capabilities.

Lt. Col. Matt Russell, an Army program manager overseeing the deployment of unattended sensors, says these sensors are easily hidden and can “pick up wheels or footprints” but defense contractors are not so humble about their capabilities.

One of Lockheed Martin’s latest version deploys arrays of up to 50 palm-sized acoustic and seismic sensors form a mesh network which can send signals via satellite, tactical radio network, or Wi-Fi to a command and control centers which further process and relay the data onto other messaging systems.

Camgian Microsystems has secured a $12 million contract from  U.S. Special Operations Command  to deploy their patented unattended sensor suite which communicates directly with the NextGen system that is being set up to control the US domestic drone fleet.

By using phased-array radar and moving-target indicator algorithms the Camgian Microsystems sensors have a much greater ability to detect people and vehicles on the run than the competing systems.

Edward Carapezza, who has been overseeing Camgian’s research for more than two decades, says drones are already being used dropping his unattended sensors into surveillance sites.

Textron’s offers two varieties of UGS systems  that can be buried beneath the ground and boasts of seismic sensing capabilities that can to detect and characterize people from 100 meters away and vehicles from three times that distance.

Northrop Grumman offers a family of sensors as part of their Scorpion surveillance network which utilizes a variety of seismic, magnetic and acoustic sensors as part their UGS system.

Their acoustic sensors mainly are used  to “sense engine exhaust noise or other periodic pulse trains and measure the period to determine numbers of cylinders and classify the source” according to  Northrop presentation to an academic conference on unattended sensors.

The latest version of the Scorpion II sensors can today spot people from 800 meters away and vehicles from 2,100 meters.

This Rock Could Spy on You for Decades

America is supposed to wind down its war in Afghanistan by 2014. But U.S. forces may continue to track Afghans for years after the conflict is officially done. Palm-sized sensors, developed for the American military, will remain littered across the Afghan countryside — detecting anyone who moves nearby and reporting their locations back to a remote headquarters. Some of these surveillance tools could be buried in the ground, all-but-unnoticeable by passersby. Others might be disguised as rocks, with wafer-sized, solar-rechargeable batteries that could enable the sensors’ operation for perhaps as long as two decades, if their makers are to be believed.

[...]The U.S. military has used unattended ground sensors in one form or another since 1966, when American forces dropped acoustic monitors on the Ho Chi Minh trail. Tens of thousands of UGSs have been emplaced around Afghanistan and Iraq, forming electronic perimeters around combat outposts and keeping tabs on remote locations. It’s a way to monitor the largest possible area with the smallest number of troops.

“You use them to cover up your dead space — the areas you’re concerned about but can’t cover with other ISR [intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance] assets,” says Lt. Col. Matt Russell, an Army program manager overseeing the deployment of unattended sensors.

“They could be used for border security or even around corporate headquarters,” Plyburn tells Danger Room.

In early 2011, commanders in Afghanistan issued an “urgent operational needs statement” for better sensors. In response, the Army shipped a new line of about 1,500 “expendable” UGSs to the warzone. The size of a few stacked hockey pucks with a four-inch antenna, these sensors are easily hidden, and can “pick up wheels or footprints” for up to three months at a time, Russell says. It’s a perfect surveillance tool for the remote valleys of eastern Afghanistan.

Soon, when one of the sensors picks up a signal, it’ll queue a spy blimp to focus in on the spot. “That’s a capability coming to a theater near you soon,” he adds.

Even more sophisticated are the UGSs being tested northeast of Norfolk, Virginia, at a Lockheed proving ground. Arrays of up to 50 palm-sized acoustic and seismic sensors form a mesh network. When one sensor detects a person or a vehicle passing by, it uses unlicensed radio frequency bands to pass an alert from one node to the next. The alert finally hits a communications gateway, which can send the signal via satellite, tactical radio network, or Wi-Fi to a command and control center. That signal can tip off additional sensors — or it can send a Twitter-like message to an intelligence officer’s phone or tablet.

When they’re not picking up signals or passing along messages, the sensors are all-but-shut-down, barely consuming any power. That allows them to last for weeks, buried underground. Or the sensors can be encased in hollow “rocks” equipped with miniature solar panels. A quick recharge from the sun will allow the sensor to “get through the night anywhere on Earth that U.S. forces operate,” says Plyburn.

Plyburn claims that the sensor’s battery, about the size of a postage stamp, has been able to go through 80,000 recharges, compared to a few hundred cycles for a typical lithium-ion battery. Even if he’s off by a factor of 10, the sensor’s battery could keep the machine operational for nearly twenty-two years.

[...]Lockheed isn’t the only company claiming that its sensors can operate for years on end. U.S. Special Operations Command has handed out at least $12 million in UGS contracts to tiny Camgian Microsystems, based out of Starksville, Mississippi. Company CEO Gary Butler, who spent years developing ultra-low power integrated circuits for Darpa, was awarded in March a patent for such a next-gen unattended sensor suite.

Rather than relaying alerts from node to node, each of Butler’s sensors is designed to send signals directly to a satellite — speeding up notifications, and cutting down on power consumed. Rather than a simple acoustic or seismic detector, the sensor relies a steerable, phased-array radar and moving-target indicator algorithms. That could give it a much greater ability to detect people and vehicles on the run. High-powered solar cells provide will enable up to “500,000 recharge cycles” could give the sensor a “10-20 year life,” according to the patent.

Camgian’s patent claims that the sensor’s ease-of-use and small size means it “is easily emplaced in difficult areas, using airborne assets such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.” Edward Carapezza, who has been overseeing UGS research for more than two decades, says drones are already dropping unattended sensors into hostile locations.

“In certain areas, we certainly are using unmanned vehicles and unattended sensors together,” says Carapezza, who now works at the defense contractor General Atomics. He declined to name where these operations were being conducted. He simply gave the rationale for the missions. “Instead of sending patrols of our guys in, we send in drones and unattended sensors — dropping arrays, locating bad guys, and then putting weapons on target.”

Textron’s seismic sensors come in two varieties. The smaller, three inch-long model, weighing 1.4 pounds, will last about a month. The bigger system, a 4.4 pound spike, can be buried in the ground and gather intelligence for more than two years. It can detect and characterize people from 100 meters away, and vehicles from three times that distance, Shafer says. A conformal antenna allows it to communicate with a gateway five kilometers away.

Northrop Grumman employs a family of sensors for its Scorpion surveillance network.

“Seismic sensors work well detecting vehicles on bumpy roads, but lose range as the road becomes smoother, or the vehicle lighter. Typically, magnetic sensors sense only large vehicles at fairly short distances. The range of acoustic sensors depends upon environmental conditions such as humidity and surroundings. Most sense engine exhaust noise or other periodic pulse trains and measure the period to determine numbers of cylinders and classify the source,” explains a Northrop presentation to an academic conference on unattended sensors.

The Army has purchased over a thousand of the original versions, with an average of four sensors, each. The vast majority have been sent to Iraq and Afghanistan. Another 20 Scorpion II systems were recently bought by the Army Research Lab. The sensors can today spot people from 800 meters away, and vehicles from 2,100 meters. “The New York Times revealed this week that President Obama personally oversees a “secret kill list” containing the names and photos of individuals targeted for assassination in the U.S. drone war. According to the Times, Obama signs off on every targeted killing in Yemen and Somalia and the more complex or risky strikes in Pakistan. Individuals on the list include U.S. citizens, as well teenage girls as young as 17 years old. “The President of the United States believes he has the power to order people killed — in total secrecy, without any due process, without transparency or oversight of any kind,” says Glenn Greenwald, a constitutional law attorney and political and legal blogger for Salon.com. “I really do believe it’s literally the most radical power that a government and president can seize, and yet the Obama administration has seized [it] and exercised it aggressively with little controversy.”….”

The Contact

It was not the proverbial 3:00 a.m. phone call, but close enough. And it was not made to the White House, but to my house, which is not white, nor is it in DC. It was about 2:30 a.m. on 25 April 2012, and the call itself was somewhat unexpected. I had anticipated the telephone call from my DHS insider much earlier the previous day, but our schedules didn’t synch up. I was traveling on an investigative assignment, while my source was in meetings all day. I had just fallen asleep, and was slumbering no more than 20 minutes when the phone rang.

In most households, a ringing phone at that time of night causes concern for everyone who hears it. In my household, it seems to surprise only my surly, 140 pound light-sleeping German Shepherd. He let out an objective grunt as I stepped over him to take the call in another room. It was “Rosebud,” the code name given my insider source.

About Rosebud

Just a little bit here about my source and his “super-secret code name.” I’ve known this government insider since 1979, when he first became a municipal patrol officer. He took a job in a bigger city and had a very successful run as a cop. Before retirement and after the events of 9/11, he was tapped by the feds, where he worked in various capacities under the umbrella of DHS. He worked his way up, and suddenly found himself in what he terms the inner sanctum of the “TEC” building. TEC, he explains, is an acronym for what he calls “The Estrogen Challenged,” which houses the upper echelon of the Department of Homeland Security. I’ll leave it at that.

As far as his code name, it originates from an incident that occurred at the end of the disco era. It is something that we both privately laugh about, but rarely ever talk about. His “code name” is known to him, me, and at the time, a young woman who has since vanished amid the glitter of disco balls and constant replays of the Bee Gees in a dark nightclub some 32 years ago, and has no “cloak and dagger” origins.

But he is real, his position serious, and his knowledge vast. Unfortunately, that’s what makes the whole situation frightening and deadly serious.

The information

It began on Wednesday, 2 May 2012 with a 45-minute interview on TruNews with Rick Wiles when I first disclosed the information I received the previous week from my source. The information I relayed “went viral,” as they say, across the internet.

To support the statements I made during that interview, I am showing my handwritten notes taken contemporaneously during our conversation. My notes consist of two pages and are, at various points,  admittedly difficult to decipher. I ask that points not be deducted for my penmanship given the time of the morning which they were taken.

According to my source, there is talk among the highest levels of the uppermost echelon of the Department of Homeland Security, which he describes as effectively under the control of Barack Hussein Obama. During this call, he said that the DHS is actively preparing for massive social unrest inside the United States. He then corrected himself, stating that “a civil war” is the more appropriate term. Certain elements of the government are not only expecting and preparing for it, they are actually facilitating it,” stated my source.

“The DHS takes their marching orders from the Obama administration, from Obama himself, but mostly from his un-appointed czars. And Jarrett, especially Valerie Jarrett. Don’t think for a minute that the administration is doing anything to stabilize events in the U.S. They are revolutionaries, and revolutionaries thrive on chaos,” he added.

My source stated that he has not seen things this bad since he began working within DHS. “It’s like they [DHS agency heads] don’t care about what the American people see or feel about what the DHS agencies are doing. They figure that if the average American will put up with being “sexually groped and nuked” just to fly, they’ll accept almost anything. “That’s why their actions are becoming more overt.  “It’s in your face and the brass actually chuckle about it” said my source.

New Information

Astounded by the information my source provided “going viral,” I spoke to him again early Sunday morning. This was a scheduled telephone call (as noted on page 2 of my notes) based on a high level meeting of DHS personnel that was scheduled for and took place in Chantilly, Virginia, on Saturday, 5 May 2012.  He hoped to provide me with more information to supplement that which he already given. Although he was not personally present, his source was. While he would not say who was at the meeting on Saturday or give its precise location, he said that the many of the names would be recognizable. He spoke to his source late Saturday night.

I contacted him on his cellular phone early Sunday morning to get the promised update.

“Geez, nice job on getting the word out about what’s really going on at DHS and in this administration,” were the first words out of his mouth, followed by “thanks a lot.” I asked him why he would be thanking me. “I just wanna’ tell you that I’m going to have to hire someone to start my car, and I’m surely not going for any rides in small planes in the immediate future,” he said with a bit of nervous laughter. “I hope no one finds out who I am or it’s going to be more than my pension I’ll have to worry about.”

“I can tell you word is getting out that people are starting to wake up, which is causing a lot of ‘pissed off brass.’  I can’t tell if they are more desperate or upset about the exposure, but the tone is starting to become a lot more tense. I hope that we’re having something to do with that,” he added.

With that, he provided me with additional information to supplement that which he already given me on 25 April. For clarity purposes, I have combined the information together from both contacts. The following information includes the updated information provided to me Sunday morning.

Obama the revolutionary

Metaphorically speaking, there’s a revolution going on in the U.S., propped up by three legs. Economic chaos, chaos through racial division, and chaos through class division, all joined by one core element: Barack Hussein Obama and his stable of unelected czars. Obama is using the lessons learned in 1968 as the template for 2012, and many of those who were active in the late 1960s are now calling the shots for 2012.

“The Obama administration and many of the un-elected ‘czars,’ either directly or indirectly, are engaged in covert activities with the occupy movement, various labor protests, and other subversive activities inside the U.S.,” stated my source. Using untracked campaign funds, they are paying people to infiltrate the various movements to cause physical destruction of property and disrupt commerce. That began last year, but has increased ten-fold already this year,” stated this source. He added that they are using some lower level DHS agents to make the payments under the context of tracking subversives, but they are the unwitting subversives. “It’s like Fast & Furious” but in the social realm,” he added.

“Obama is using some high profile people as pawns to foment the revolution. I heard several times through very credible sources that [Louis] Farrakhan is on the CIA payroll. Other have been named as well, but I’m not prepared to identify them yet. Farrakhan is to coordinate the Blacks and the Muslims to prepare for riots this summer, using any means necessary.”

“Mentioned at the meeting Saturday were methods to use pawns to simulate the rioting in the Arab Spring countries, but to the benefit of this administration. A controlled chaos thing,” stated my source. They envision rioting starting in the urban areas first, such as New York and other major cities, followed by a disruption of business and commerce. This will allow the DHS to mobilize their various teams into the streets of America without objection of the people,” stated my source.

“They want to restrict travel, if not through high energy prices, then by checkpoints and curfews mandated by rioting and unrest. They understand we are the most well-armed nation in the world, yet they are aware of our vulnerabilities and intend to fully exploit them,” he added. The whole purpose is to keep Obama in office for another term, no matter how unpopular he is, as he is not finished changing our country from a Constitutional Republic. This is the run-up to the 2012 elections, or perhaps causing enough chaos to delay them – indefinitely.”

One statement that rattled me more than anything was that a great number of those already in power, whether in appointed or elected positions, actually want to see Obama stay in power, according to this source. “This is what we’ve been working toward and we’re closer now than we’ve ever been. If we lose now, we might not have another chance.”

This chilling common goal also explains the lack of interest in the Constitutional legitimacy of Obama. It is common knowledge that Obama is not an American, and neither is his agenda. Of course, criticism of his bona-fides feeds into the cries of racism, despite the massive fraud perpetrated on the American people. Party lines are meaningless when the common objective is the revolutionary overtaking of America.

Obama, the professor of Keynesian economics

“The Obama administration is working closely with Bernanke, Geithner and others not to save our economy, but to outright destroy it. He is not the first or only one to try this, but the most effective and most vetted for that purpose. Do you actually think that the fact that Timothy Geithner’s father worked with Obama’s mother in Indonesia was coincidental,” stated my source rhetorically. “What we’re seeing now is the fourth quarter of a game that started long ago, which also currently involves the Clintons. Obama would not be where he is if it were not for the Clintons, and to a lesser extent, Bush, but that’s for other reasons.  Don’t be fooled, the Clintons never left or lost power,” he added.

“There are file drawers full of papers, heavily guarded papers at the ‘TEC building’  so I can only imagine what’s in them, about international financial dealings going back decades. I do know, or at least I was told, that they involve organizations that are the so-called conspiracy fringe groups, such as the Bilderberg group, the Trilateral Commission, and people including George Soros, Henry Kissinger, and current leaders of big industry. Some are fossils. They’ve been around a long time. Others are up-and-coming. They’ve got one thing in common, though, and that is to put in place a global system of governance, including a common currency. Economics is a huge part of this revolution, and they want to replace the dollar, to see it collapse. They expect, that is, they are working toward this very goal, and when this happens, it will cause chaos like never seen before in the history of this country.”

“Why do you think Jon Corzine is not only walking around, but heavily involved in Obama fundraising? They know it’s just a matter of time that Europe will implode economically, and when it does, start counting the days before we see massive hyperinflation and the ultimate collapse of the U.S. dollar,” stated this insider.  “What will it look like in the streets of America when the general population realizes that there is no money? That’s right, chaos.”

Obama & the planned racial divide

According to this insider, the Trayvon Martin case is just the tip of the iceberg. “You certainly don’t have to be a genius to understand how Obama and his team played the public on this issue, and it’s far from over. But that’s not the sole element of what we’ll see this summer.”

“Remember the shots fired at the White House not too long ago?” asked my source. There was an element of outrage that was squandered, according to ‘team Obama.’  In fact, Obama and some of his closest advisors, especially [Valerie] Jarrett were incredibly angered that the outrage was seemingly tempered. It should have been an opportunity to use our force against the Tea Parties, the gun clingers, the Constitutionalists, and everyone who has complained about Obama. DHS should have stepped in right then, and used that event to start the clampdown,” this source stated about White House comments.

This source stated that from that point on, the DHS must become more responsive and aggressive.

Watch for a false flag event against Obama or his family, something that will outrage ‘black America.’ It will be carefully choreographed, but executed in a manner that will evoke the ugliest of reactions and create racial chaos in this country that will make the Watts riots, 1968 and the Rodney King riots pale in comparison. That’s the third leg in this.”

The planned end-game

Does Obama look worried about the upcoming elections? Look at his lavish vacations, his limited work schedule, and those with whom he is working.  This is a very dangerous man who has, as his closest advisors, people who have orchestrated the revolutions of the 1960s. They know the “trigger points” in America.

The Obama administration, including his czars and along with his closest Progressive supporters, are planning a manufactured insurgency against America. He is using the media to his advantage to garner both sympathy and support for his unfinished goals. He is desperately seeking a way to remain in office, even if it means the surreal prospect of an indefinite postponement of elections – if it can be pulled off. So far, he’s got the support of the majority of the DHS “brass” behind him, according to my source.

“They’re power hungry, and they want to remain in charge,” stated this source.

The “surreal” aspect of suspended elections won’t look so surreal when you see any or all of the “trigger points” take place in the not-so-distant future.

“The end-game plan for America is its destruction as a Constitutional Republic, with the assistance of the agencies under the umbrella of the DHS.”

My sourced stated one more thing that seemed to tie things together. He urged me to recall the quote by Henry Kissinger who was speaking at a Bilderberg meeting at Evian, France, on 21 May 1992:

Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.

That threat need not be from beyond. All it might take is a world of starving, broke and desperate people.
