The False Flag Attack That Would Suspend 2012 Elections & Implement Martial Law

Kelly Keisling, Tennessee state Representative, is concerned that the Obama administration and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are planning events that will lead to “martial law”.

The DHS are seeking to hire “role players” for TSA and Air Marshall programs beginning in December 2012.

The use of role players facilitates training exercises for the US armed forces. Those same training exercises that were conducted during the 9/11 attacks which caused confusion and may have been the catalyst to allowing for the globalist-controlled destruction the Twin Towers to go through without disruption.

Private sector persons provided by the DHS could and probably would be used to create a false flag attack by their mere presence.

The solicitation and culmination of this possible coming false flag may be on or around the time of December 2012. With the assistance of Obama, as Commander-in-Chief, the suspension of the 2012 elections could be declared with an executive order for preservation of continuity of government.

The planned false flag attack, according to a DHS whistleblower , will be a staged assignation attempt on Obama that will be linked to a white supremacist group that will be used to incite black and Hispanic Americans into starting riots all across the nation.

This race war will be the situation needed to implement martial law effectively locking down the US, US Army control of the urban cities, erecting DHS checkpoints on all major points of travel, severe restrictions on travel for all citizens and the suspension of elections to ensure that Obama remain seated as the President of the US.

The DHS informant stated: “The DHS is actively preparing for massive social unrest inside the United States. He then corrected himself, stating that ‘a civil war’ is the more appropriate term. Certain elements of the government are not only expecting and preparing for it, they are actually facilitating it.”

The DHS informant stressed that by using the Arab Spring as a model, riots would be staged in a “controlled chaos” as was “envisioned by these conspirators are riots starting in urban areas such as New York, followed by a disruption of business and commerce. They want to restrict travel, if not through high energy prices, then by checkpoints and curfews mandated by the rioting and unrest…The whole purpose is to keep Obama in office for another term, no matter how unpopular he is, as he is not finished changing our country from a Constitutional Republic.”

Once riots begin, DHS will be deploying US armed forces into urban cities to take control. After a planned disruption of commerce, the manufactured problem will be complete. Full-blown martial law will be in place.

The latest false flag attack involving a firearm was supposedly committed by Wade Michael Page who just happens to be an alleged white supremacist who is attacking a Sikh Temple.

Page, being a US Army veteran was a psychological operations specialist from Fort Bragg, North Carolina. His duties would have been to analyze, develop and distribute intelligence used to coerce the general population for a specific and desired psychological effect.

Surprisingly, Joseph Crowley of the House of Representatives wrote a letter in April to Attorney General Eric Holder and FBI Director Robert Muller, warning about this exact type of incident and requesting that the FBI monitor Sikh temples.

We should be vigilantly watching the mainstream media and pay close attention to the next false flag involving a gun, possibly more ties to white supremacy groups and attacks on constitutionalist movements that support the fight for our Constitutional Republic.

The mainstream media are pushing Page’s “neo-Nazi” ties and covering white supremacist connections that fall right in line with the narrative proposed by the DHS informant. By setting the stage now, the global Elite are paving the way for the false flag attack on Obama in the future – just in time for election season.

With the 2011 attack on the White House meant to become a full-blown incident that did not manifest, the DHS was poised to take over should their plans go off without a hitch. However, the accused that fired a rifle shot at the White House did not create a stir large enough in the American social meme as to create the uncontrollable riots the global Elite are manufacturing so that martial law can be instilled.

If the attempt on Obama’s life could not be enacted, a second assassination scenario may be brought to fruition involving the First Family. This would be the global Elite’s Plan B.

In the mainstream media , a story about a Washington, DC police officer that made a threat against the First Lady to fellow officers surfaced, yet just as quickly disappeared. Over breakfast, the officer allegedly said he would shoot Michelle Obama, the showed a picture of a gun he’d use on his cellular phone. Although the officer was not identified the idea was placed into the social meme. And it follows the plans cited by the DHS informant and lends credibility to his story.

Obama, as far as the globalists are concerned, must remain in office because he “has unfinished business and must be re-elected; even if this means creating a reason for Obama to declare the 2012 elections indefinitely postponed. The end-game plan for America is its destruction as a Constitutional Republic, with the assistance of the agencies under the umbrella of the DHS.”

The signing of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) into law gave Obama the means by which the US government could remove “suspected terrorists” from the general population, detain them indefinitely without right to trial and subjugate them to Guantanamo Bay-style treatment.

One snag in that strategy came last May when Federal Court Judge Katherine Forrest, in Manhattan, New York, stated that Obama failed to “pass constitutional muster” and ordered that the US military could not arbitrarily imprison Americans based on alleged terrorist activity in regard to the indefinite detention clause in the NDAA.

Lawyers for Obama and Leon Panetta, US Defense Secretary, have filed an appeal to reverse Forrest’s ruling in the 2nd US Circuit Court. Obama wants to be able to claim anyone a terrorist and have the right to imprison them without charge.

Forest wrote in the 68 page ruling: “There is a strong public interest in protecting rights guaranteed by the First Amendment. There is also a strong public interest in ensuring that due process rights guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment are protected by ensuring that ordinary citizens are able to understand the scope of conduct that could subject them to indefinite military detention.”

The justification for this reversal is that since that no citizen has been indefinitely detained yet, the clause should be open as an option. Legal representatives for the US government says that the ability to detain belligerent citizens must be allowed because of the threat of militants aligned against the government are deserving of such punishment.

Section 1021 of the NDAA, which was upheld by Congress, gives the US President the authority to hold a citizen for terrorist suspicions without just cause or proof “until the end of the hostilities” which is an indefinable amount of time.

In April, Virginia has passed a law that essentially refuses to comply with the indefinite detention provisions in the NDAA.

Complete cooperation in this false flag event would surely assist in the march toward a full globalist takeover of our Constitutional Republic, however it is not necessary. With the work of the corporate-controlled mainstream media, the masses are expected to fall in line and perform their function in this ultimate Hegelian Dialectic.

But we must keep it in its place.

The targeted audience? The general populace is being set up and baited for violent response.

All they’re waiting for is a justification to herd the unsuspecting flock right into their tight fisted fascist paradigm as the police state takes shape around us.

Old Trick at Work

Induced passions make people easily manipulated. When we fear or act in anger we are not fully conscious nor fully empowered. Our vision is impaired and our reasoning tainted. Anger is akin to fear, and the ability to manipulate those acting in anger and fear is very similar.

Dr. William Sargant, a psychiatrist with the Illuminist Tavistock Institute, wrote in his 1957 book, The Battle For The Mind:

“Various types of belief can be implanted in people after brain function has been deliberately disturbed by accidentally or deliberately induced fear, anger, or excitement. Of the results caused by such disturbances the most common one is temporarily impaired judgment and heightened suggestibility. Its various group manifestations are sometimes classed under the heading of “herd instinct”, and appear most spectacularly in wartime, during severe epidemics, and all similar periods of common danger, which increase anxiety and so individual and mass suggestibility.” Source

So while people get aroused and decide to become active within the framework they’ve been handed–by the manipulators–we’re often walking right into their paradigm like a Chinese handcuff–strengthening the enemy’s hold on us by fighting them on their level and on their terms.

History proves this. One system toppled by the same tactics used by the oppressor becomes a replacement system, and the Masonic pattern continues.

Amerika – Born and Bred in Violence

The Boston tea party was thrown by dressed up Freemasons to blindly provoke exactly what they got. Another violent stronghold obtained by violence, built on violence, and that has since executed nothing but violence on the world since its inception, whether politically, economically or militarily.

If the old adage is true that “they that live by the sword shall die by the sword”, what America is about to reap is not going to be pretty.

Why also on the innocent, you say? Because by and large Americans not only did nothing to stop the pillaging and atrocities being carried out by its corporo-fascist government, but they de facto supported it and ever more importantly, luxuriated in the profits and delicacies of an over-indulgent resource-pillaging machine, sucking the blood of the poor of the world.

And yes, the U.S. isn’t the only player in this. These selfish parasites are internationalists (WW~Jewish Bankers) stationed around the globe, but the US is it’s primary arm of oppression and exemplifies all of these characteristics.

The Deliberate Piss-Off

The breakdown our world is undergoing is deliberate–and people are catching on faster and faster. It’s getting to where almost anyone can see the banksters deliberately pulled the financial plug for their periodic harvest.  The media disinformation and obfuscation of truth has become outright Orwellian as the migration into alternative news sources continues to accelerate.

Granted, much of the public still takes the dis-empowering soma-swill of ‘hope and change’, but the matrix mirage is rapidly evaporating for all to see.

That’s the vibrational change we’re talking about!

It’s now obvious to a vast swathe of humanity that our social fabric has been dissolved by anti-moral, anti-human doctrines of virtual pagan self indulgence and death worship. Our food, air and water supplies are severely and deliberately poisoned. Our leadership is clearly dishonest, shallow and inept.  Even disasters, many man made consequences of deliberate tinkering with mother nature, are manipulated for profit and strategic control of populations.

Major political, economic and social changes in society don’t just happen–they’re engineered. With guaranteed outcomes.

Either way they win. But their time is almost up.

Watch for Provocations…and Pre-Programming the Solution

False Flag operations have been the most successful hoodwinks to date. The big ones like 9/11 and 7/7 in London were carefully led up to by the Oklahoma City, Cole, US Embassy and other similar bombings to give the “official” explanations credibility. Yes, it’s that planned, and yes, it’s that nefarious.

The Occupy movement was treated as a test run on handling a larger scale street fight in the US. A fight they are preparing for at astounding speed, buying guns and ammunition to arm not just police, but now military battalions are to be stationed in US cities while armed drones are dispatched overhead. Nice. Talk about a preemptive strike.

The latest trigger pins?

Try the new black vs white racist provocations the press is fanning, or the induced Islamophobia now metasticising in western society. How about the “re-education camps” now in the public information domain? Or the insane actions of the TSA or local police, or the inflammatory rhetoric regarding anything anti-government?

It’s sick, it’s staged, and it’s designed to provoke a response…and is dutifully milked for every media minute they can get to create the problem-reaction-solution scenario they so love and thrive on.

What DO We Do?

Our warfare needs to be at a deeper level of conscious awareness. While we need to make our voices known, relegating all apparent public expression to some angry demonstration will not just go nowhere, but play right into the Controllers’ hands. We need to express, but smartly. We need to first of all be fully aware of what we’re up against, its full dimensions and implications, but then infiltrate at the grass roots level in any way we’re called and be militant about it.

I just posted a great example of this sent to me by a reader called  “Food Sovereignty Activism Pays!” that perfectly exemplifies what one person’s actions can do. And this is just one of thousands of examples. But I dare say holding a sign out in public and getting your head bashed in by the robots might not do much more than piss people off more, thanks to a complicit media.

Demonstrating is not all bad and there’s clearly a time for it. Especially within public chambers and places of local decision making.

Hit the Matrix Where It Hurts

Motivation comes in all forms, but we must behave smartly. We need to hit where it hurts the matrix the most. Some ideas:

#1. Inform. True information clears the deck. It neutralizes the effects of the enemy’s propaganda. That has to be done first.

#2. Live in alignment with your convictions. We can’t speak truth to the lie while living within its bondage. Break free, in any and every way we can. Screw the consequences if it’s matrix stuff. Not worth worrying about. “Lead, follow, or get out of the way” as they say.

#3. Persist. As we follow on in a conviction of the power of Truth and Love it will lead each of us on to more ways of having a greater effect.

#4. Teach others. Mainly by example. If you live a committed life and have paid the price of giving up your cozy life of security for one of spiritual fulfillment and helping to change the world, others will follow. We don’t cram anything down anyone’s throats. We live by example and share the enlightening Truth that will only speak for itself.

But we broadcast that message any way we can.

Inside Source states Obama & DHS Fomenting Martial Law, Racial Tension and the Destruction of America as a Constitutional Republic

Obama’s administration, including his czars and his closest Progressive supporters, are planning a manufactured insurgency against America. Using the media to garner both sympathy and support for his unfinished goals.

The Contact

It was not the proverbial 3:00 a.m. phone call, but close enough. And it was not made to the White House, but to my house, which is not white, nor is it in DC. It was about 2:30 a.m. on 25 April 2012, and the call itself was somewhat unexpected. I had anticipated the telephone call from my DHS insider much earlier the previous day, but our schedules didn’t synch up. I was traveling on an investigative assignment, while my source was in meetings all day. I had just fallen asleep, and was slumbering no more than 20 minutes when the phone rang.

In most households, a ringing phone at that time of night causes concern for everyone who hears it. In my household, it seems to surprise only my surly, 140 pound light-sleeping German Shepherd. He let out an objective grunt as I stepped over him to take the call in another room. It was “Rosebud,” the code name given my insider source.

About Rosebud

Just a little bit here about my source and his “super-secret code name.” I’ve known this government insider since 1979, when he first became a municipal patrol officer. He took a job in a bigger city and had a very successful run as a cop. Before retirement and after the events of 9/11, he was tapped by the feds, where he worked in various capacities under the umbrella of DHS. He worked his way up, and suddenly found himself in what he terms the inner sanctum of the “TEC” building. TEC, he explains, is an acronym for what he calls “The Estrogen Challenged,” which houses the upper echelon of the Department of Homeland Security. I’ll leave it at that.

As far as his code name, it originates from an incident that occurred at the end of the disco era. It is something that we both privately laugh about, but rarely ever talk about. His “code name” is known to him, me, and at the time, a young woman who has since vanished amid the glitter of disco balls and constant replays of the Bee Gees in a dark nightclub some 32 years ago, and has no “cloak and dagger” origins.

But he is real, his position serious, and his knowledge vast. Unfortunately, that’s what makes the whole situation frightening and deadly serious.

The information

It began on Wednesday, 2 May 2012 with a 45-minute interview on TruNews with Rick Wiles when I first disclosed the information I received the previous week from my source. The information I relayed “went viral,” as they say, across the internet.

To support the statements I made during that interview, I am showing my handwritten notes taken contemporaneously during our conversation. My notes consist of two pages and are, at various points,  admittedly difficult to decipher. I ask that points not be deducted for my penmanship given the time of the morning which they were taken.

According to my source, there is talk among the highest levels of the uppermost echelon of the Department of Homeland Security, which he describes as effectively under the control of Barack Hussein Obama. During this call, he said that the DHS is actively preparing for massive social unrest inside the United States. He then corrected himself, stating that “a civil war” is the more appropriate term. Certain elements of the government are not only expecting and preparing for it, they are actually facilitating it,” stated my source.

“The DHS takes their marching orders from the Obama administration, from Obama himself, but mostly from his un-appointed czars. And Jarrett, especially Valerie Jarrett. Don’t think for a minute that the administration is doing anything to stabilize events in the U.S. They are revolutionaries, and revolutionaries thrive on chaos,” he added.

My source stated that he has not seen things this bad since he began working within DHS. “It’s like they [DHS agency heads] don’t care about what the American people see or feel about what the DHS agencies are doing. They figure that if the average American will put up with being “sexually groped and nuked” just to fly, they’ll accept almost anything. “That’s why their actions are becoming more overt.  “It’s in your face and the brass actually chuckle about it” said my source.

New Information

Astounded by the information my source provided “going viral,” I spoke to him again early Sunday morning. This was a scheduled telephone call (as noted on page 2 of my notes) based on a high level meeting of DHS personnel that was scheduled for and took place in Chantilly, Virginia, on Saturday, 5 May 2012.  He hoped to provide me with more information to supplement that which he already given. Although he was not personally present, his source was. While he would not say who was at the meeting on Saturday or give its precise location, he said that the many of the names would be recognizable. He spoke to his source late Saturday night.

I contacted him on his cellular phone early Sunday morning to get the promised update.

“Geez, nice job on getting the word out about what’s really going on at DHS and in this administration,” were the first words out of his mouth, followed by “thanks a lot.” I asked him why he would be thanking me. “I just wanna’ tell you that I’m going to have to hire someone to start my car, and I’m surely not going for any rides in small planes in the immediate future,” he said with a bit of nervous laughter. “I hope no one finds out who I am or it’s going to be more than my pension I’ll have to worry about.”

“I can tell you word is getting out that people are starting to wake up, which is causing a lot of ‘pissed off brass.’  I can’t tell if they are more desperate or upset about the exposure, but the tone is starting to become a lot more tense. I hope that we’re having something to do with that,” he added.

With that, he provided me with additional information to supplement that which he already given me on 25 April. For clarity purposes, I have combined the information together from both contacts. The following information includes the updated information provided to me Sunday morning.

Obama the revolutionary

Metaphorically speaking, there’s a revolution going on in the U.S., propped up by three legs. Economic chaos, chaos through racial division, and chaos through class division, all joined by one core element: Barack Hussein Obama and his stable of unelected czars. Obama is using the lessons learned in 1968 as the template for 2012, and many of those who were active in the late 1960s are now calling the shots for 2012.

“The Obama administration and many of the un-elected ‘czars,’ either directly or indirectly, are engaged in covert activities with the occupy movement, various labor protests, and other subversive activities inside the U.S.,” stated my source. Using untracked campaign funds, they are paying people to infiltrate the various movements to cause physical destruction of property and disrupt commerce. That began last year, but has increased ten-fold already this year,” stated this source. He added that they are using some lower level DHS agents to make the payments under the context of tracking subversives, but they are the unwitting subversives. “It’s like Fast & Furious” but in the social realm,” he added.

“Obama is using some high profile people as pawns to foment the revolution. I heard several times through very credible sources that [Louis] Farrakhan is on the CIA payroll. Other have been named as well, but I’m not prepared to identify them yet. Farrakhan is to coordinate the Blacks and the Muslims to prepare for riots this summer, using any means necessary.”

“Mentioned at the meeting Saturday were methods to use pawns to simulate the rioting in the Arab Spring countries, but to the benefit of this administration. A controlled chaos thing,” stated my source. They envision rioting starting in the urban areas first, such as New York and other major cities, followed by a disruption of business and commerce. This will allow the DHS to mobilize their various teams into the streets of America without objection of the people,” stated my source.

“They want to restrict travel, if not through high energy prices, then by checkpoints and curfews mandated by rioting and unrest. They understand we are the most well-armed nation in the world, yet they are aware of our vulnerabilities and intend to fully exploit them,” he added. The whole purpose is to keep Obama in office for another term, no matter how unpopular he is, as he is not finished changing our country from a Constitutional Republic. This is the run-up to the 2012 elections, or perhaps causing enough chaos to delay them – indefinitely.”

One statement that rattled me more than anything was that a great number of those already in power, whether in appointed or elected positions, actually want to see Obama stay in power, according to this source. “This is what we’ve been working toward and we’re closer now than we’ve ever been. If we lose now, we might not have another chance.”

This chilling common goal also explains the lack of interest in the Constitutional legitimacy of Obama. It is common knowledge that Obama is not an American, and neither is his agenda. Of course, criticism of his bona-fides feeds into the cries of racism, despite the massive fraud perpetrated on the American people. Party lines are meaningless when the common objective is the revolutionary overtaking of America.

Obama, the professor of Keynesian economics

“The Obama administration is working closely with Bernanke, Geithner and others not to save our economy, but to outright destroy it. He is not the first or only one to try this, but the most effective and most vetted for that purpose. Do you actually think that the fact that Timothy Geithner’s father worked with Obama’s mother in Indonesia was coincidental,” stated my source rhetorically. “What we’re seeing now is the fourth quarter of a game that started long ago, which also currently involves the Clintons. Obama would not be where he is if it were not for the Clintons, and to a lesser extent, Bush, but that’s for other reasons.  Don’t be fooled, the Clintons never left or lost power,” he added.

“There are file drawers full of papers, heavily guarded papers at the ‘TEC building’  so I can only imagine what’s in them, about international financial dealings going back decades. I do know, or at least I was told, that they involve organizations that are the so-called conspiracy fringe groups, such as the Bilderberg group, the Trilateral Commission, and people including George Soros, Henry Kissinger, and current leaders of big industry. Some are fossils. They’ve been around a long time. Others are up-and-coming. They’ve got one thing in common, though, and that is to put in place a global system of governance, including a common currency. Economics is a huge part of this revolution, and they want to replace the dollar, to see it collapse. They expect, that is, they are working toward this very goal, and when this happens, it will cause chaos like never seen before in the history of this country.”

“Why do you think Jon Corzine is not only walking around, but heavily involved in Obama fundraising? They know it’s just a matter of time that Europe will implode economically, and when it does, start counting the days before we see massive hyperinflation and the ultimate collapse of the U.S. dollar,” stated this insider.  “What will it look like in the streets of America when the general population realizes that there is no money? That’s right, chaos.”

Obama & the planned racial divide

According to this insider, the Trayvon Martin case is just the tip of the iceberg. “You certainly don’t have to be a genius to understand how Obama and his team played the public on this issue, and it’s far from over. But that’s not the sole element of what we’ll see this summer.”

“Remember the shots fired at the White House not too long ago?” asked my source. There was an element of outrage that was squandered, according to ‘team Obama.’  In fact, Obama and some of his closest advisors, especially [Valerie] Jarrett were incredibly angered that the outrage was seemingly tempered. It should have been an opportunity to use our force against the Tea Parties, the gun clingers, the Constitutionalists, and everyone who has complained about Obama. DHS should have stepped in right then, and used that event to start the clampdown,” this source stated about White House comments.

This source stated that from that point on, the DHS must become more responsive and aggressive.

Watch for a false flag event against Obama or his family, something that will outrage ‘black America.’ It will be carefully choreographed, but executed in a manner that will evoke the ugliest of reactions and create racial chaos in this country that will make the Watts riots, 1968 and the Rodney King riots pale in comparison. That’s the third leg in this.”

The planned end-game

Does Obama look worried about the upcoming elections? Look at his lavish vacations, his limited work schedule, and those with whom he is working.  This is a very dangerous man who has, as his closest advisors, people who have orchestrated the revolutions of the 1960s. They know the “trigger points” in America.

The Obama administration, including his czars and along with his closest Progressive supporters, are planning a manufactured insurgency against America. He is using the media to his advantage to garner both sympathy and support for his unfinished goals. He is desperately seeking a way to remain in office, even if it means the surreal prospect of an indefinite postponement of elections – if it can be pulled off. So far, he’s got the support of the majority of the DHS “brass” behind him, according to my source.

The “surreal” aspect of suspended elections won’t look so surreal when you see any or all of the “trigger points” take place in the not-so-distant future.

My sourced stated one more thing that seemed to tie things together. He urged me to recall the quote by Henry Kissinger who was speaking at a Bilderberg meeting at Evian, France, on 21 May 1992:

Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.

That threat need not be from beyond. All it might take is a world of starving, broke and desperate people.

Congressional Democrats Introduce Amendment to Outlaw Self Defense

WW~Notes: This has got to be the most ludicrous piece of news I’ve ever encountered.  Clearly, these nuts in Washington are insane and the dumbed-down population is ripe for legislation such as this since they are expected to line up, stand down to all external threats and wait for their inevitable slaughter.  As you read this incredible article consider the source and the real subversive reasons they want to implement a law that removes an American’s right to defend their families, their person and property.

The Congressional Progressive Caucus has announced it will introduce legislation designed to strip Americans of the right to defend themselves. Called “Stop Shoot First Laws,” the amendment to the Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations bill under consideration in the House would deny states federal funding allocated under section 505 of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 if they continue to allow citizens to defend themselves.

“Shoot first laws have already cost too many lives,” said Progressive Caucus co-chairs Keith Ellison and Raul Grijalva upon introducing their amendment. “In Florida alone, deaths due to self-defense have tripled since the law was enacted. Federal money shouldn’t be spent supporting states with laws that endanger their own people. This is no different than withholding transportation funds from states that don’t enforce seatbelt laws.”

“The message here is if you have this kind of law that your federal funding is going to take a hit because they make states less safe,” Adam Sarvana, communications director for Grijalva, told Politico.

In other words, the Democrats will force states to choose between putting their citizens at the mercy of violent criminals or taking federal largess.

Because the House does not have an open amendment process, the amendment will likely not see a vote on the floor. Ellison and Grijalva introduced the amendment in and effort to further politicize the Trayvon Martin case and increase pressure on the Second Amendment.

Democrats are using “Shoot First” instead of “Stand Your Ground” in an effort to portray self defense as homicide.

“Stand Your Ground” is a legal extension of the Castle doctrine stating that a person has a right to defend himself against an intruder. “Stand Your Ground” laws state that one can use deadly force in any location one is legally allowed to be and removes the requirement that the threat must occur on one’s own property.

The Congressional Progressive Caucus is the largest caucus within the Democratic caucus in Congress. It is supported by the Institute for Policy Studies, MoveOn.org, the NAACP, National Council of La Raza, Hip Hop Caucus, and other liberal and so-called “progressive” organizations.

Persecution and Punishment of Smokers & Ex-Smokers

WW~Notes:  This article has been sitting in the draft file for a while now.  I wasn’t certain that this issue should even be addressed.  In light of the newest tyrannies being administered by the Executive Branch of the U.S. government, I think the topic is rather appropriate just to show how absurd and invasive American society is today.   

Live Call-in Show on Nicotine-Free Hiring Policies on WHYY, Philadelphia’s NPR Station

Dr. Paul Terpuluk – medical director of the Cleveland Clinic – and I participated in a discussion of nicotine-free hiring policies on Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane. You can listen to the show here.

For me, two interesting things came out of the discussion.

First, I hadn’t realized that the Cleveland Clinic policy denies employment even to ex-smokers who have quit successfully using nicotine replacement therapy. Any nicotine use is grounds for denial of employment, even using NRT or electronic cigarettes. Thus, the policy actually punishes exactly the people who it should be rewarding.

Second, Dr. Terpuluk repeatedly made the point that this is a policy based on principle: that patients shouldn’t have to smell a smoker. Without even getting to the appropriateness of that “principle,” it struck me that the Cleveland Clinic is not adhering to that principle at all, because it continues to allow smokers to take care of patients. The policy only applies to new hires. If the Cleveland Clinic really was interested in ensuring that its patients didn’t have to be taken care of by people who smell like smoke, it would certainly have gotten rid of all its existing smoking employees (or given them a six-month or one-year period to quit smoking).

By the end of the discussion, it was clear to me that this policy has nothing to do with public health and nothing to do with any principle. Instead, it is merely a political action that makes it look like the hospital system is taking a stand when it is doing nothing other than punishing smokers, even those who are trying to quit.

WW~Notes:  When I first read this I could not believe it.  What in the hell is happening in America?  Well, apparently we have a new phobia in town: “Nicophobia,” the fear of smelling like nicotine or smelling it on another person.  Okay, I just made that up since I could not locate a real phobia.

In my opinion, this absurd idea is the equivalent of the Catholic Inquisition.  For instance, 500 years ago if a widow grew herbs in her garden and then healed people in the community with those same herbs she might have been accused of being a witch or sorceress since she did not use or maybe didn’t believe in the town physician practicing allopathic medicine, just as they do today.  If found guilty she could be hung or burned at the stake.  

It seems that we are not too far from returning to those horrific times with the institution of another ridiculous rule that might even become a law in the near future.  This is a perfect example to demonstrate how “overcriminalization” of a mundane issue is effecting the American populace.   

For those unaware, tobacco plantations built a significant portion of this county and provided it with extraordinary wealth.  Remember too that tobacco was given to the newly arrived Europeans as a gift from the Native Americans.  For hundreds of years Americans have smoked tobacco and now smokers are being treated as though they were lepers.  This is wrong and not just because it’s unwarranted persecution.

How many smokers have you known that killed another person in a vehicle like a drunk driver?  I know not one!  Smoking does not physically and psychologically impair a person like alcohol does.  Nor do you lose inhibitions, stumble around or vomit on someone.  Alcoholics are far worse off than a smoker and alcohol kills quicker too. 

Yet, the most obvious fact is that nicotine is not an ‘illegal substance’. 

However, there are several more reasons why we should reject this radical ideology.  Everything that we put in our bodies from the time we wake up until we close our eyes at night are toxic poisons slowly killing us depleting our bodies of vital nutrients and damage the immune system.  Most of the country’s water contains some form of fluoride.  Did you know Coca-Cola contains fluoride?  Even baby food contains the corrosive substance.  How much more evil can a society become when it’s willing to kill the youngest of us, then cover up the act?  To GMO’s and cloned meat; none of that so-called food and water for human consumption has any value for optimum health, yet, they are still running the cigarette scam that it will kill us before anything else does.  Not to mention, the 26 vaccinations our children will be forced to take before the age of 18.  Children are dying every day from mercury poisoning in the vaccines, or, developing autism.  Have you known anyone that developed autism from smoking?  I didn’t think so.

This kind of punishment and persecution has to stop before it goes viral.  Denying a job to someone because they smoked in the past is absolutely ludicrous and I hope that the courts will be of the same opinion.  How many more liberties and rights are Americans going to lose before they take a stand and say NO MORE, especially the right to “light up” if they so chose in the privacy of their home?

Ted L Gunderson Ex FBI Whistleblower Poisoned?

Former head of FBI Los Angeles, Memphis, Dallas, poisoned with Arsenic says Dr Ed Lucidi who saw the body and treated Mr Gunderson who suffered bladder cancer and died as a result of its spread. Reportedly Mr Gunderson had a very large FBI dossier being a whistleblower against the agency and left out of moral considerations. To my astonishment I discovered today that one of our own in the Truth Movement had passed away – last year!  Ted Gunderson, a former FBI Bureau Chief and Whistleblower,  died on July 31, 2011 from complications of bladder cancer.  However, there is more to this story than was previously reported.

His good friend, Anthony J. Hilder, documentary film-maker, investigative journalist, talk show host and war correspondant is the creator of Free World Film Works.  Before Ted died he made a request to his daughter and Hilder that his body be autopsied.  Ted Gunderson knew that when he died there might be another reason other than the official diagnosis.

Ken Adachi Editor of Educate-Yourself.org had this to say about Ted:

Ted Gunderson was a wonderful, caring, and giving person. Since his retirement from the FBI in 1979, he had devoted his life to helping those least able to fend for themselves and get out their stories of satanic ritual abuse and government-sponsored secret operations including mind control, child abduction, sexual abuse of children, sexual enslavement, human trafficking, auctioning of children and the use of kidnapped children for secret experimentation and ritual murder.

Since 1979 Gunderson had no doubt witnessed numerous injustices in this country; from the Franklin Scandal in the 1980′s, the 1993 WTC first attack, the OK city bombing, to the most heinous attack upon our nation on 9/11, etc.  He wanted these criminals exposed and dealt with accordingly, but due to most of their high-ranks in U.S. society and politics even he was limited as to what he could do to gain justice for the innocent victims and closure for their families.

Obviously he knew too much and “they” took him out over a long period of time probably to undermine any suspicion that might have arisen if he suddenly died for no reason.

Dr. Edward Lucidi performed the autopsy and determined that Ted had been suffering from Arsenic poisoning for several years and that it, in fact, caused his bladder cancer.  Some time later Anthony Hilder interviewed Dr. Lucidi:

Another Tyrannical Success for Lieberman: Enemy Expatriation Act Now Law Under NDAA

Last January, four-term senator Joe Lieberman (I-CT) announced that he would not seek reelection in the upcoming 2012 elections. This seems to have relieved any pressure of facing his constituency for approval, allowing him to push for some of the most draconian legislation in the history of the United States. Or, perhaps, he is just auditioning for a more powerful position like Secretary of Defense or Secretary of the DHS.

Besides his renewed pressure on Google and Twitter to openly censor the Internet, Lieberman’s desire to crush all dissent against the war machine has manifested in bills like his Enemy Belligerent Act, his Internet Kill Switch bill, and the recently introduced Enemy Expatriation Act.

Unfortunately, the most egregious parts of the above mentioned bills already found their way into law under the recently passed National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which seemingly renders any further discussion of these bills as somewhat redundant, but they certainly won’t be critically discussed in the corporate media.

The Enemy Belligerent Act grants “the president the power to order the arrest, interrogation, and imprisonment of anyone — including a U.S. citizen — indefinitely, on the sole suspicion that he or she is affiliated with terrorism, and on the president’s sole authority as commander in chief.”

The Internet Kill Switch bill, officially called the Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act, gives the President the authority to police, censor and shut down parts of the Internet under a cyber emergency. While promoting the bill, Lieberman openly called for the U.S. to have the same ability to censor the Internet as China.

The Enemy Expatriation Act aimed to remove the rights protected by U.S. citizenship from those who “support hostilities against the United States.” This act was in response to Obama’s assassination of a U.S. citizen without formal charges or due process to, in effect, legalize such action by removing Constitutional protections of those suspected of supporting hostilities.

The NDAA, which has declared American soil part of the formal battlefield, permits the U.S. military to arrest and indefinitely detain U.S. citizens on the suspicion of supporting or sympathizing with broadly defined terrorists — thus effectively rendering their rights as citizens obsolete — expatriation in practice but not in name.

The NDAA also includes authorization to go after those who engage in a “belligerent act” including protests and speech, thus fulfilling the intent of the Enemy Belligerent Act. Shahid Buttar points out on FireDogLake:

If Occupy and Tea Party groups are treated as terrorists, does that render them among the ‘associated forces’ of groups ‘engaged in hostilities against the United States’ for whom the NDAA authorizes military detention without trial? Just to be clear: no one has a good answer here, which is precisely the problem.

Even within the four corners of the NDAA itself (here’s the full text of the bill), section 1031(b)(2) includes among ‘covered persons’ subject to potential military detention ‘any person who has committed a belligerent act….’ What, exactly, is a belligerent act? ‘Hostile’ and ‘aggressive’ are synonyms, and while the term has an established (though not entirely defined) meaning in the context of international war, its precise meaning in the context of the NDAA remains unspecified.

And finally, the NDAA declares the Internet an “operation domain” in the war on terror allowing for the Pentagon, “upon direction by the President may conduct offensive operations in cyberspace.” The authority goes even further than passive Internet censorship. The Pentagon also claims the authority to use military force as a response to serious cyber attacks. The Pentagon announced their efforts (PDF) to recruit and train an army of cyber soldiers as funded by the NDAA.

How bad each of these bills are separately only reflects the magnitude of what Lieberman and his hawkish ilk were able to accomplish in the NDAA. No other elected official can claim the success of Lieberman in terms of ramming through increasingly tyrannical legislation. But nearly all elected officials are responsible for passing the NDAA and its predecessor the USA PATRIOT Act.

So, protest of these individual bills are futile, much like the overwhelming public opposition to the bank bailouts was futile in swaying the “deciders.” As Lieberman departs the Senate in a blaze of tyranny, Americans will most certainly continue to be burned unless the people wake up.
