Former Israeli PM Ehud Olmert handed six-year jail sentence
Olmert, 68, found guilty of taking bribes in a real estate deal that took place during his time as mayor of Jerusalem

In typical Jewish victim style Olmert had this to say:

In a statement issued before the sentencing, the former prime minister appeared to anticipate a bad result. “This is a sad day, on which a severe and unjust verdict is to be handed down to an innocent man,” he said.

Israel risks becoming apartheid state if peace talks fail, says John Kerry
It is believed to be the first time a US official of Kerry’s standing has used the term ‘apartheid’ in the context of Israel

Secretary of State Kerry had this to say:

The US secretary of state, John Kerry, has warned in a closed-door meeting in Washington that Israel risks becoming an “apartheid state” if US-sponsored efforts to reach an Israeli-Palestinian peace settlement fail.
